Carbonated barium hydroxyapatite (Ba10(PO4)6(OH)2-2x(CO3)x, X = 0.30-0.57, BaHAP) particles with different Ba/P molar ratios were prepared by a wet method. CO2-3 ions were incorporated into OH- sites of a BaHAP lattice during the preparation at high solution pH. The obtained BaHAP particles were well crystallized and showed a high thermostability. On elevating the mixing temperature of H3PO4 and Ba(OH)2 solutions, the mean particle size of BaHAP particles decreased and their specific surface area increased. The amount of CO2 adsorbed irreversibly on BaHAP particles increased with an increase of their Ba/P molar ratio. Copyright 1999 Academic Press.  相似文献

Two differing wet-chemical synthesis routes, Ca(OH)2 + H3PO4 and CaCl2 + Na3PO4/NaOH, were used to prepare hydroxyapatite (HA) at various temperatures ranging from 30 to 95 degrees C. The electrical conductivity of the solution was measured at regular intervals of time during H3PO4 and Na3PO4 addition to the suspension/solution containing Ca2+ ions. The rate of change of conductivity is used to note the end point of the reaction. X-ray diffraction of the dried, precipitated particles revealed HA as the predominant phase, and the FTIR spectroscopy studies indicated the presence of CO3(2-) groups which substituted PO4(3-) groups in the HA lattice (B-type). FESEM observations revealed that the aspect ratio of the particles decreased with increasing precipitation reaction temperature in one system [Ca(OH)2 + H3PO4] and in the other system it increased with increasing temperature. The changes in the morphology with temperature were analyzed through conductivity measurements and the thermochemical properties of the reaction systems. Conductivity measurements showed that the concentration of dissolved ions at the end point of the reaction between Ca(OH)2 and H3PO4 increased, indicating an increased apparent solubility of HA with increasing temperature, whereas the end-point conductivity did not increase noticeably in the other reaction system.  相似文献

Ti(IV)-substituted calcium hydroxyapatite (TiHap) particles were prepared by aging Ca(OH)2, TiCl4, and sodium triphosphate (sodium tripolyphosphate, Natpp: Na5P3O10) mixed solution at 100 °C for 18 h. The ellipsoidal secondary TiHap particles with ca. 100~150 nm in length composing by aggregation of small ellipsoidal primary particles with ca. 20 nm in length were produced at atomic ratio of Ti/(Ca+Ti) [XTi]≦0.2. The in situ IR spectra of these TiHap particles exhibited very small bulk OH? band at 3,570 cm?1. This result indicated that the TiHap particles were formed by aggregation of fine primary particles and OH? ions along with c-axis in the primary particles were disordered. The TiHap particles with Ca/P atomic ratio larger than theoretical value of 1.67 did not exhibit surface P–OH groups at 3,659 and 3,682 cm?1. The diffuse reflectance UV spectra of TiHap particles revealed that these particles have a UV absorption property, especially fabricated at XTi?=?0.1. The particles prepared at XTi?=?0.6 and 0.8 were amorphous and nanoparticles with 5~10 nm in diameter, but those precipitated at XTi?=?1.0 were poorly crystallized anataze-type TiO2 nanoparticles.  相似文献

Lead-calcium hydroxyapatite solid solutions with different Pb/(Pb+Ca) molar ratios (XPb) were prepared by a wet method using acetamide (AA). The crystal phase and structure of the products depended on the aging period (ta), Pb/(Pb+Ca) molar ratio ([XPb]), and AA concentration ([AA]) of the starting solution. At [AA]=1.6 mol dm−3 and ta=6 days, the large needle-like PbCaHap particles were formed from solutions at [XPb]=0-0.6 and 0.9-1. Under the other AA concentrations and aging periods, pure PbCaHap particles could be obtained in a narrower region of [XPb]; e.g., PbCaHap was formed from solutions at [AA]=0.8 mol dm−3, ta=6 days, and [XPb]= 0-0.1, 0.4-0.5, and 0.9-1.  相似文献

Surface modification of calcium hydroxyapatite with pyrophosphoric acid   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
The surface of synthetic colloidal calcium hydroxyapatite (Ca(10)(PO(4))(6)(OH)(2); CaHap) was treated with pyrophosphoric acid (H(4)P(2)O(7); PP) in acetone and the materials were characterized by XRD, thermal analysis, N(2) adsorption, TEM, and FTIR. No remarkable change in XRD patterns or in particle morphology by the modification was observed. The additional amount of PO(4) of CaHap was increased with an increase in PP concentration. The Ca/P molar ratio of CaHap was decreased from 1.62 to 1.35 by the modification. IR results indicated that the PP reacts with surface P-OH groups of CaHap to form additional surface P-OH groups as follows: surface P-OH+H(4)P(2)O(7)--> surface P-O-PO(OH)(2) + H(3)PO(4). When the modified CaHap with Ca/P molar ratio less than 1.50 was treated at 850 degrees C in air, the materials transformed into beta-Ca(3)(PO(4))(2).  相似文献

Using solution strontium and pH as independent variables, the metastable equilibrium solubility (MES) behavior of two carbonated apatite (CAP) samples has been examined, a high-crystallinity CAP (properties expected to be similar to dental enamel) and a low-crystallinity CAP (properties expected to be similar to bone mineral). CAP samples were prepared by precipitation/digestion: (CAP A: high-crystallinity, 1.3 wt% CO3, synthesized at 85 degrees C; CAP B: low-crystallinity, 6.4 wt% CO3, synthesized at 50 degrees C). Baseline MES distributions were determined in a series of 0.1 M acetate buffers containing only calcium and phosphate (no strontium) over a broad range of solution conditions. To assess the influence of strontium, MES profiles were determined in a similar fashion with 20, 40, 60, and 80% of the solution calcium being replaced on an equal molar basis by solution strontium. To determine the correct function governing CAP dissolution, ion activity products (IAPs) were calculated from the compositions of buffer solutions based on the hydroxyapatite template (Ca(10-n)Sr(n)(PO4)6(OH)2 (n = 0-10)) and the calcium/hydroxide deficient hydroxyapatite template (Ca(9-n)Sr(n)(HPO4)(PO4)5OH (n = 0-9)). Findings: (a) for CAP A, at high solution strontium/calcium ratios, the MES profiles were essentially superimposable when the solution IAPs were calculated using the stoichiometry of Ca6Sr4(PO4)6(OH)2 and for CAP B by a stoichiometry of Ca7Sr2(HPO4)(PO4)5OH; (b) for CAP A, at low strontium/calcium ratios, the stoichiometry yielding MES data superpositioning was found to be that of hydroxyapatite and for CAP B, that of calcium/hydroxide deficient hydroxyapatite. When other stoichiometries were assumed, good superpositioning of the data was not possible.  相似文献

This study investigates the stoichiometry and the thermal stability of K(+)- and CO(3)(2)(-)-containing apatites (KCAp's) obtained by the hydrolysis of monetite. The analysis results of the samples after drying reveal that the KCAp's start to lose carbonate at temperatures V(Ca) + CO(3)(2)(-) + V(OH)] and [Ca(2+) + PO(4)(3)(-) <--> K(+) + CO(3)(2)(-)], where V(X) stands for a vacancy in the X-sublattice. Moreover, a small part of the CO(3)(2)(-) ions are presumably incorporated according to [Ca(2+) + 2PO(4)(3)(-) <--> V(Ca) + 2CO(3)(2)(-)]. A comparison of the contributions of these fundamental mechanisms with the results for precipitated Na(+)- and CO(3)(2)(-)-containing apatites shows that no intrinsic coupling whatsoever exists between these mechanisms.  相似文献

Synthetic colloidal calcium hydroxyapatite (Ca(10)(PO(4))(6)(OH)(2): CaHap) was treated with pyrophosphoric acid (H(4)P(2)O(7): PP) in acetone and the materials were characterized by XRD, TEM, FTIR, and N(2) and H(2)O adsorption measurements. XRD patterns and morphology of CaHap particles were essentially not changed by the modification. The additional amount of PO(4) of CaHap was increased with an increase of PP concentration and the Ca/P molar ratio of the particles decreased from 1.62 to 0.81. IR results indicated that the isolated surface POH band developed with increasing the PP concentration up to 6.0 mmol dm(-3) by the reaction of isolated surface POH groups of CaHap and pyrophosphoric acids. Above 10.2 mmol dm(-3), a hydrogen-bonding surface POH band appeared at 2913 cm(-1) and enlarged with increasing the PP concentration, while the isolated surface POH band was weakened. The results of N(2) and H(2)O adsorption measurements revealed that the modified particles aggregated compared to the unmodified ones, which would be due to the formation of hydrogen-bonding surface POH groups among the particles.  相似文献

The present study describes the synthesis of novel polypeptides containing O-phospho-L-threonine [Thr(PO(3)H(2))] and L-aspartic acid. Random copolypeptides copoly[Thr(PO(3)H(2))(X)Asp(Y)] (X:Y = 25:75, 50:50, 75:25), were conventionally prepared by copolymerization of Thr(PO(3)Ph(2)) N-carboxyanhydride (NCA) and Asp(OBzl) NCA followed by deprotection of the phenyl and benzyl groups by catalytic hydrogenolysis over PtO(2). Polycondensation of the protected peptide p-nitrophenyl esters [Thr(PO(3)Ph(2))](Z)-Asp(OBzl)-ONp and subsequent deprotection yielded the sequential polypeptides poly[Thr(PO(3)H(2))(Z)-Asp] (Z = 1-4). By using the synthetic polypeptides, their effects on the growth of CaCO(3) crystals were examined. In the poly[Thr(PO(3)H(2))(Z)-Asp]/CaCO(3) systems, brushlike calcite and spherical vaterite were formed, with the former being found at [Ca(2+)]/[Res] ratios of > or =180, > or =140, > or =120, and > or =100 for Z = 1, 2, 3, and 4, respectively. These results indicate that an increase of Thr(PO(3)H(2)) residues in the repetitive unit induces the characteristic brushlike calcite, a fact indicating that Thr(PO(3)H(2)) residues can modify the CaCO(3) crystal morphology.  相似文献

A range of ligands in which a macrocyclic unit is fused to a 1,10-phenanthroline unit has been prepared starting from 5,6-dihydroxyphenanthroline. The ligands are L1 in which the pendant ligand is 18-crown-6; L2, in which the pendant ligand is benzo-24-crown-8; and L(3), in which the macrocycle contains two carboxamide units. Ligands L1 and L2 can bind Group 1 and 2 metal cations in their crown-ether cavities; L3 contains two H-bond (amide) donors and is suitable for anion-binding. Luminescent complexes of the form [Ru(bipy)2L]2+, [ReL(CO)3Cl] and [RuL(CN)4]2- were prepared and some were structurally characterised; their interactions with various guest species were investigated by luminescence and NMR spectroscopy. For complexes with the crown ethers (L1 and L2), binding of K+ was rather weak, but the electrostatic effect due to the charge on the host complex was clear with [RuL1(CN)4]2- binding K+ more strongly than [Ru(bipy)2L1]2+. Binding to the pendant crown ethers was much stronger with Ba2+, and both [ReL1(CO)3Cl] and [ReL2(CO)3Cl] showed substantial luminescence quenching in MeCN on addition of Ba2+ ions, with binding constants of 4.5 x 10(4) M(-1) for [ReL1(CO)3Cl]/Ba2+ and 1.3 x 10(5) M(-1) for [ReL2(CO)3Cl]/Ba2+. Complexes [Ru(bipy)2L3]2+ and [ReL3(CO)3Cl], due to their H-bond donor sites, showed binding of dihydrogenphosphate to the macrocycle. Whereas [ReL3(CO)3Cl] showed 1 : 1 binding with (H2PO4)- in dmso with a binding constant of 65 M(-1), [Ru(bipy)2L3]2+ showed 1 : 2 binding, with microscopic association constants of ca. 1 x 10(6) and 1.6 x 10(6) M(-1) in MeCN. The fact that K2 > K1 suggests a cooperative interaction whereby binding of the first anion makes binding of the second one easier to an extent which overcomes electrostatic effects, and a model for this is proposed which also accounts for the substantial increase in luminescence from [Ru(bipy)2L3]2+ (5-fold enhancement) when the second (H2PO4)- anion binds. Both [Ru(bipy)2L3]2+ and [ReL3(CO)3Cl] undergo complete luminescence quenching and a change in colour to near-black in the presence of (anhydrous) fluoride in MeCN, probably due to deprotonation of the carboxamide group. These changes are however irreversible on a long timescale and lead to slow decomposition.  相似文献

Efficient protocols for the syntheses of well-defined, solvent-free cations of the large alkaline-earth (Ae) metals (Ca, Sr, Ba) and their smaller Zn and Mg analogues have been designed. The reaction of 2,4-di-tert-butyl-6-(morpholinomethyl)phenol ({LO(1)}H), 2-{[bis(2-methoxyethyl)amino]methyl}-4,6-di-tert-butylphenol ({LO(2)}H), 2-[(1,4,7,10-tetraoxa-13-azacyclopentadecan-13-yl)methyl]-4,6-di-tert-butylphenol ({LO(3)}H), and 2-[(1,4,7,10-tetraoxa-13-azacyclo-pentadecan-13-yl)methyl]-1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoropropan-2-ol ({RO(3)}H) with [H(OEt(2))(2)](+)[H(2)N{B(C(6)F(5))(3)}(2)](-) readily afforded the doubly acidic pro-ligands [{LO(1)}HH](+)[X](-) (1), [{LO(2)}HH](+)[X](-) (2), [{LO(3)}HH](+)[X](-) (3), and [{RO(3)}HH](+)[X](-) (4) ([X](-) = [H(2)N{B(C(6)F(5))(3)}(2)](-)). The addition of 2 to Ca[N(SiMe(3))(2)](2)(THF)(2) and Sr[N(SiMe(3))(2)](2)(THF)(2) yielded [{LO(2)}Ca(THF)(0.5)](+)[X](-) (5) and [{LO(2)}Sr(THF)](+)[X](-) (6), respectively. Alternatively, 5 could also be prepared upon treatment of {LO(2)}CaN(SiMe(3))(2) (7) with [H(OEt(2))(2)](+)[X](-). Complexes [{LO(3)}M](+)[X](-) (M = Zn, 8; Mg, 9; Ca, 10; Sr, 11; Ba, 12) and [{RO(3)}M](+)[X](-) (M = Zn, 13; Mg, 14; Ca, 15; Sr, 16; Ba, 17) were synthesized in high yields (70-90%) by reaction of 3 or 4 with the neutral precursors M[N(SiMe(3))(2)](2)(THF)(x) (M = Zn, Mg, x = 0; M = Ca, Sr, Ba, x = 2). All compounds were fully characterized by spectroscopic methods, and the solid-sate structures of compounds 1, 3, 7, 8, 13, 14, {15}(4)·3CD(2)Cl(2), {16}(4)·3CD(2)Cl(2), and {{17}(4)·EtOH}·3CD(2)Cl(2) were determined by X-ray diffraction crystallography. Whereas the complexes are monomeric in the case of Zn and Mg, they form bimetallic cations in the case of Ca, Sr and Ba; there is no contact between the metal and the weakly coordinating anion. In all metal complexes, the multidentate ligand is κ(6)-coordinated to the metal. Strong intramolecular M···F secondary interactions between the metal and F atoms from the ancillary ligands are observed in the structures of {15}(4)·3CD(2)Cl(2), {16}(4)·3CD(2)Cl(2), and {{17}(4)·EtOH}·3CD(2)Cl(2). VT (19)F{(1)H} NMR provided no direct evidence that these interactions are maintained in solution; nevertheless, significant Ae···F energies of stabilization of 25-26 (Ca, Ba) and 40 kcal·mol(-1) (Sr) were calculated by NBO analysis on DFT-optimized structures. The identity and integrity of the cationic complexes are preserved in solution in the presence of an excess of alcohol (BnOH, (i)PrOH) or L-lactide (L-LA). Efficient binary catalytic systems for the immortal ring-opening polymerization of L-LA (up to 3,000 equiv) are produced upon addition of an excess (5-50 equiv) of external protic nucleophilic agents (BnOH, (i)PrOH) to 8-12 or 13-17. PLLAs with M(n) up to 35,000 g·mol(-1) were produced in a very controlled fashion (M(w)/M(n) ≈ 1.10-1.20) and without epimerization. In each series of catalysts, the following order of catalytic activity was established: Mg ? Zn < Ca < Sr ≈ Ba; also, Ae complexes supported by the aryloxide ligand are more active than their parents supported by the fluorinated alkoxide ancillary, possibly owing to the presence of Ae···F interactions in the latter case. The rate law -d[L-LA]/dt = k(p)·[L-LA](1.0)·[16](1.0)·[BnOH](1.0) was established by NMR kinetic investigations, with the corresponding activation parameters ΔH(++) = 14.8(5) kcal·mol(-1) and ΔS(++) = -7.6(2.0) cal·K(-1)·mol(-1). DFT calculations indicated that the observed order of catalytic activity matches an increase of the L-LA coordination energy onto the cationic metal centers with parallel decrease of the positive metal charge.  相似文献

The powders of silicate-substituted carbonated hydroxyapatites were prepared by a precipitation method from aqueous alkaline solutions with a varied sodium silicate content. With the use of physicochemical techniques, it was established that the solid phase included to 7.36 wt % silicate ions and to 7.34 wt % carbonate ions under the test conditions. The nature of processes occurring on the thermal treatment of the samples depends on the Ca/P and Ca/(P + Si) molar ratios and the concentration of SiO4 groups. A study of the behavior of solid phases on contact with a solution of NaCl (0.9 mol %) showed that the rates of dissolution of all of the silicon-containing samples were higher than that of unsubstituted hydroxyapatite species by a factor of 2–4 because of the active participation of silicates in the resorption of the materials.  相似文献

以LiH2PO4和还原铁粉为原料,通过机械液相活化法获得了棒状形貌的[Fe3(PO4)2·8H2O+Li3PO4]前驱体,然后在三甘醇(TEG)介质中采用多元醇工艺制备了LiFePO4材料.为提高其电导率,以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为碳源,对纯相LiFePO4进行碳包覆改性.通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、恒电流充放电和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)等测试方法对制备的材料进行了表征.结果表明:采用机械活化辅助多元醇法可在低温下合成结晶良好的LiFePO4,碳包覆改性的LiFePO4/C材料导电性能得到改善,电荷转移阻抗减小,1C、2C倍率下放电容比量分别为139.8、129.5mAh·g-1,具有良好的倍率性能和循环稳定性.  相似文献

For many years, octacalcium phosphate (OCP) has been postulated as the precursor phase of biological apatite in bones and teeth. In this work, we study the molecular mechanism of OCP to hydroxyapatite (HAp) transformation in vitro by several physical techniques, with particular emphasis on solid-state (31)P homonuclear double-quantum (DQ) NMR spectroscopy. The in vitro system is prepared by mixing urea, sodium phosphate monobasic dehydrate, and calcium nitrate tetrahydrate at 100 degrees C. The images obtained by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy show that the bladelike OCP crystals will transform into hexagonal rod-shaped HAp crystals as the pH of the reaction mixture increases slowly from 4.35 to 6.69 in 12 h. Powder X-ray diffraction patterns indicate that a trace amount of monetite was also precipitated when the pH was around 5. Together with computer-assisted lattice matching, our DQ NMR data reveal that OCP crystals transform to HAp topotaxially, where the [000](HAp) and [20](HAp) axes are along the same directions as the [001](OCP) and [010](OCP) axes, respectively. On the basis of our in vitro results, the formation of the central dark line commonly found in biological hard tissues could be explained by the inherent lattice mismatch between OCP and HAp. Furthermore, the data of the (31)P{(1)H} cross-polarization NMR suggest that water molecules enter the hydration layers of OCP crystals via the hydrolysis reaction HPO(4)(2)(-) + OH(-) = PO(4)(3)(-) + H(2)O, which also accounts for the deprotonation of the HPO(4)(2)(-) ions during the transformation.  相似文献

Fourier-transform infrared spectra of three samples of deposited amorphous phosphates, calcium monodiphosphate (orthopyrophosphate) with a molar ratio 2P/(2P + 1P) of ~0.3, calcium magnesium monophosphate with an atomic ratio Mg/(Mg + Ca) of ~0.3, and calcium-magnesium monodiphosphate with a molar ratio 2P/(2P + 1P) of ~0.1 and atomic ratio Mg/(Mg + Ca) of ~0.1, were analyzed. On the basis of the observed similarity between the v(OH), δ(OH) and (δ + ω)(OH) lines in the spectra of these phosphates and liquid water analogous states of water molecules therein were assumed. It was presumed that the formation of amorphous phosphates involves deposition of poorly soluble substances on the surface of water nanoclusters.  相似文献

On heating the hydrated complexes 18-Crown[6].M[H(2)PO(4)].xH(2)O (x= 2 for M = K, Rb; x= 1.5 for M = Cs), quantitatively prepared by mechanical mixing of crystalline 18-Crown[6] and M[H(2)PO(4)], to ca. 60 degrees C, water loss takes place, accompanied by the extrusion of the crown ether from the crystalline complex and followed by reconstruction of the inorganic phase M[H(2)PO(4)](M = K, Rb, Cs); the resulting solid mixture reverts to 18-Crown[6].M[H(2)PO(4)].xH(2)O (x= 2 for M = K, Rb; x= 1.5 for M = Cs) upon grinding in air.  相似文献

在0.0105mol/LCa(NO3)2,0.0063mol/LNH4H2PO4,0.1mol/LNaNO3,pH=4.6的电解液中,控制温度60~200℃,恒电流0.4mA/cm2,通过水热电沉积法制备羟基磷灰石涂层.实验结果表明,涂层晶体端面呈六边形棒状结构,涂层组分为缺钙磷灰石Ca10-x(HPO4)x(PO4)6-x(OH)2-x.经800℃烧结后涂层分解为HA和β-TCP的混合物.随温度升高,涂层n(Ca)/n(P)不断增大,涂层组分逐渐接近计量比的HA.涂层质量和结合强度随温度升高先增后减,在160℃时达到最大值16.7MPa  相似文献
