本文分析研究了青岛崂塑集团生产的稀土稳定剂在该公司U -PVC异型材生产中的应用 ,并对其产成品的性能与铅盐稳定体系的产成品作了对比。试验结果表明 ,使用稀土热稳定剂在U -PVC异型材生产中具有多种功能 ,而且产成品性能明显优于铅盐稳定剂。  相似文献

通过对钛合金切削加工工况进行分析,提出了钛合金加工对金属切削液的要求及对环境友好型钛合金微乳化切削液的研制。介绍了基础油、抗磨剂、抗氧剂、防锈剂、油性剂、表面活性剂、消泡剂、杀菌剂、p H调节剂等添加剂选用。实验表明,研制的微乳化切削液环保及综合性能优良,具有优异的存储稳定性、润滑性、极压性、清洗性、防锈性以及冷却性,满足钛合金加工特性要求。  相似文献

对不同类型吹膜级聚乙烯树脂LL1201、2426H和9455F进行了微观结构和薄膜性能分析,并对其流变性能进行了对比研究,讨论了影响树脂吹膜加工的流变学参数。结果表明:2426H的支化程度较高,9455F的分子量分布宽,LL1201薄膜的综合性能优于2426H,9455F薄膜的力学性能好但雾度高。流变性能研究表明:2426H的黏流活化能最高,黏度对温度变化最敏感,2426H和9455F的黏度对剪切速率变化敏感程度接近,都大于LL1201。9455F的熔体强度高于2426H和LL1201。  相似文献

A series of polyacrylate-graft-poly (vinyl chloride) (ACR-g-PVC) resins were prepared through suspension graft copolymerization. Three kinds of polyacrylate latices were grafted by vinyl chloride using suspension polymerization method at 57 ± 0.1°C, respectively. The dynamic mechanical and rheological properties and the morphology of the resulting ACR-g-PVC resins were investigated. Poly (butyl acrylate)-graft-poly (vinyl chloride) (PBA-g-PVC) resin exhibited better toughness, and the optimized content of PBA in ACR-g-PVC resin was 6–8 wt%. The melt viscosity of ACR-g-PVC resin was much lower than that of pure PVC. The nature of the fracture surfaces of ACR-g-PVC material indicated that it has good toughness. The impact strength of the PBA-g-PVC material was greatly improved compared with that of pure PVC. The Young's modulus of the ACR-g-PVC material containing less than 15 wt% of PBA was comparable to that of pure PVC according to their dynamic mechanical analysis curves. For all of the ACR-g-PVC resins, there were two individual relaxations in the low-temperature range. One was β transition of PVC, and the other was α transition of ACR. The glass transition temperature of PVC in the ACR-g-PVC resin shifted to lower temperature when the content of the PBA was above 50 wt%. POLYM. ENG. This work is concerned with the influence of mica in natural rubber compounds on properties such as Mooney viscosity, processability and rheological behavior. The amount of this filler was varied from 0 to 40 phr and the stabilized and totalized torques, specific and mechanical energies were determined in a HAAKE torque rheometer. The elastic torque (S′) and complex dynamic viscosity (η?) were measured on a rubber processing analyzer (RPA). The results show that mica influences processability and rheological properties, by acting as a processing agent in natural rubber composites.  相似文献

Comparative studies of melt processability showed that chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) had low melt index and high Brabender melt temperature and torque, as compared with conventional rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Of 3 processing aids at 10 percent concentration, triphenyl phosphate increased melt index 30-fold, fusion rate 10-fold, melt temperature 20°C, and torque 31 percent in CPVC. Two other processing aids, an acrylic and a styrene/acrylonitrile copolymer, were less effective. Improvements in PVC were less dramatic than in CPVC. Overall, use of processing aids made CPVC processability equal or even superior to conventional rigid PVC.  相似文献

Rigid homopolymer PVC has many uses and has two disadvantages usually compensated for by additives. One difficulty is processability handled by processing aids and the other is an inherent low impact strength increased by impact modifier compounding. This paper describes graft-copolymerized vinyl chloride on rubber-type polyolefins which give better processability and greatly improved impact resistance.  相似文献

通过与BR的对比,研究了国产丁戊橡胶(BIR)的加工性能、硫化特性、物理性能,并探讨了BIR与BR在胎面胶中的加工应用性能差异。结果表明,BIR硫化速度快,门尼粘度低,加工性能好;BIR硫化胶撕裂强度高,压缩温升低,耐疲劳性好。NR/SBR/BIR并用体系胎面胶硫化速度快,加工性能好;硫化胶的撕裂强度、耐疲劳、抗湿滑等性能均优于NR/SBR/BR并用体系。  相似文献

文章阐述了高挺度BOPP料F280M的开发和生产过程,并讨论该牌号重要的工艺参数和产品性能以及后加工情况。F280M产品物性主要通过聚合反应器中的分子量调节剂(H2)和给电子体的加入量(DONOR-D)进行控制,树脂的分子量、分予量分布和等规度分布决定产品的物理性能。加工应用表明:F280M具有高挺度,高模量,高透骥,好的成羰性,是较好的BOPP专用树脂。  相似文献

The processability of commercial polyethylene homopolymers and copolymers, including both high and low density polyethylenes, was evaluated with respect to their molecular structure by measuring their melt rheological and thermodynamic properties. Short chain branching (SCB) mainly controls the density and thermodynamic properties, but it has little effect on the melt rheological properties. Long chain branching (LCB) has little effect on the density and the thennodynamic porperties, but it has drastic effects on the melt rheological properties. LCB increases the pseudoplasticity and the flow activation energy, reducing the viscosity in processing and thus improving the processability. Very small amounts of LCB in metallocene type low density polyethylenes very effectively reduce the viscosity and improve the flow stability in processing.  相似文献

Processability of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) prepared by radiation-induced grafting of methyl methacrylate (MMA) onto radiation vulcanized natural rubber latex (RVNRL) has been evaluated using a kneader and a hot roll mill at 150°C. It was found that mixing time and revolution rate (rpm) of the kneader have significantly affected the processability. The longer mixing time and the higher revolution rate result in better processability. In such processing conditions, however, the mechanical properties were found to be inferior because the molecular chain scissions occurred during the mixing. A considerable improvement of mechanical properties was obtained when the mixing was carried out without added process oils. Blends of the grafted vulcanized natural rubber latex (RVNRL-g-PMMA) and MMA grafted on unvulcanized natural rubber latex (NRL-g-PMMA) improved processability where the better processability could be achieved at a shorter mixing time and a lower revolution rate. In addition, a comparable value of mechanical properties was obtained.  相似文献

The effect of ultrasonic vibration and binary processing aid in improving the processability of metallocene linear low‐density polyethylene (mLLDPE) was investigated. During extrusion, ultrasonic vibration clearly reduced the die pressure and apparent viscosity of mLLDPE but had only a slight effect on its melt fracture. The effect of diatomite/PEG binary processing aid (BPA) was excellent in reducing the viscosity and eliminating the sharkskin fracture of mLLDPE. The effect of ultrasonic vibration and binary processing aid in improving the processability of mLLDPE was synergetic. With a combination of ultrasonic vibration and a small amount of processing aid, the flowability of mLLDPE was further improved, and the critical shear rate for the onset of sharkskin fracture was increased. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
