A hot-press tackified preform was used to improve the uniformity of the laminates thickness and the mechanical properties of the obtained laminates were studied using vacuum assisted resin transfer molding(VARTM). Two modified preforms were prepared under 0.1 and 0.6 MPa in an autoclave and then were used to fabricate the laminates via VARTM. Permeability and thickness distribution of the laminates were obtained by using a special device. Moreover, the tensile and compressive strengths of the obtained laminates were studied and compared with the unmodified ones. Results show that the tackified laminates present a maximum and minimum thickness under 0.1 and 0.6 MPa, respectively. The thicknesses and in-plane permeability of the tackified laminates, with better thickness uniformity, are significantly decreased compared with that of the unmodified cases, while the tensile and compressive strengths of the tackified laminates are improved obviously. Results show that the mechanical property of the tackified laminates prepared by hotpressing at 0.1 MPa is better than that processed at 0.6 MPa.  相似文献

The electromagnetic properties of Ba2Co1.8Cu0.2Fe12O22 (Co2Y) and Ba3Co2Fe23.4Zn0.6O41 (Co2Z) were studied by measuring microwave scattering parameters.In the transmission spectra of Ba2Co1.8Cu0.2Fe12O22,a forbidden band emerges due to ferromagnetic resonance,and the permeability will turn to negative in the vicinity of the ferromagnetic resonance frequency.In the complex permittivity spectra of Ba3Co2Fe23.4Zn0.6O41,the negative permittivity can be obtained due to dielectric resonance.Therefore,Co2Y and Co2Z can be used to construct left-handed materials possessing negative permeability and negative permittivity simultaneously.  相似文献

The magnetic field response results on a five-layer structure given as Metglas /Terfenol-D/Pb(Zr,Ti)O3/Terfenol-D/Metglas were reported. Due to its high permeability, Metglas can be incorporated as the third phase into conventional Pb(Zr,Ti)O3/Terfenol-D laminates, which results in a stronger magnetoelectric(ME) response. The increase in Metglas thickness significantly influences the ME response as well. The ME voltage coefficient for a structure with a 150 μm thick Metglas layer on both sides of Terfenol-D/Pb(Zr,Ti)O3 laminates at 1 kHz was found to be 1.2 V/cmOe at dc magnetic bias field of 590 Oe under an ac magnetic drive of 1 Oe, which was notably higher in comparison to similar structures with other different Metglas thickness.  相似文献

本文研究实心转子感应电机在园柱坐标中的多层分析。文中对铁磁介质子层的磁导率变化用二次幂函数曲线拟合,采取输入波阻抗表达电磁场分析的结果,从而导出用双曲函数描述的分层阻抗,它与介质性能以及子层参数之间的关系相当明朗。算例验证了本分析的计算结果与实验数据良好相符。  相似文献

通过气-固相反应法制备α-Fe与W型六角铁氧体复合材料。通过XRD分析,结果发现随着还原反应温度和时间的增加,六角结构铁氧体相逐渐转换为FeCo、BaFe2O4相,形成了金属合金相和铁氧体相双相材料。对样品的微波磁特性的研究发现其磁谱从铁氧体的铁磁共振型磁谱逐渐转变为金属的弛豫型磁谱,材料的损耗机制发生了明显变化。  相似文献

对FRP片材加固混凝土梁的破坏形态、计算方法进行了探讨,并对8根FRP加固混凝土梁的极限承载能力进行了对比分析,理论计算结果与实测值吻合较好.研究表明:粘结FRP布加固混凝土梁承载力和加固时的初始应力水平有关,相同条件下,CFRP片材加固混凝土梁承载力最大;GFRP片材加固混凝土梁承载力最小;混杂纤维加固钢筋混凝土梁的承载力介于二者之间,  相似文献

为探究不同孔隙率碳纤维/环氧树脂层合板在仿超音速飞行的高低温湿热老化环境及外加载荷作用对弯曲力学性能的影响规律,基于材料服役期间的吸湿状态和内应力状态,对T700CF/3234EP进行模拟超音速飞机服役环境的高低温交变加速湿热循环试验.通过控制模压压力,制备3种孔隙率分别为0.04、0.08和0.11的层合板,将3种孔隙率的层合板进行加载,加载载荷为层合板最大弯曲载荷的0、30%、40%和60%,然后将其置于高低温环境模拟试验箱中,分别测量不同循环周期复合材料层合板的弯曲强度变化,并采用ABAQUS软件对其弯曲力学性能进行有限元模拟.试验结果表明:温湿场交变环境下,外加载荷和孔隙率加速层合板弯曲强度的下降,在高低温湿热循环4~6周期时,随着载荷的增大,二次固化现象越明显,层合板的弯曲强度变化比较平缓.使用ABAQUS软件建立有限元模型,计算得到的弯曲力学强度变化趋势与试验结果相一致,说明高低温湿热老化环境和外加载荷对复合材料弯曲性能的影响,对不同孔隙率的碳纤维/环氧树脂层合板弯曲性能进行较为准确的预测.  相似文献

The microwave magnetic properties of the ball milled FeCo panicles were investigated as functions of ball milling time ( t ) using microwave electromagnetic parameters analysis techniques. The results show that the imaginary part of intrinsic dynamic permeability ( ui ) of the ball- milled panicles is much bigger than that of raw powders. ui strongly depends on t and exhibits several slightly damped ferromagnetic resonances. These phenomena are in qualitative agreement with the formation of the corresponding microstructure or the Aharoni ' s model of non-uniform exchange resonance modes. The present microwave permeabilhy behavior indicates that nanocrystalline materials with the same grain size may exhibit different properties that depend upon the microstructure, which provides a possibility for manufacturing high performance microwave absorber.  相似文献

本文对(304/-304)s和(454/-454)s碳/环氧复合材料层板中的典型损伤状态进行了实验观察和分析。采用准三维有限元模型对引起分层损伤产生和扩展的自由边层间应力以及应变能释放率的特点进行了分析和讨论。结果表明对于角交复合材料层极,损伤的主要形式是层间界面的分层以及角度铺层内的基体裂纹。分层损伤产生的位置与层间应力的分布趋势相一致。本文提出的刚度标定法可以用以应变能释放率的实验标定。  相似文献

对单向及正交碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料(CFRP)在静态拉伸及动态拉-拉载荷作用下的电阻-应变特性进行了研究。结果表明:正交及单向CFRP复合材料在静态拉伸载荷作用下,其电阻变化率随着应变增加表现为3个阶段:较为迅速增加的线性阶段、非线性平缓阶段和阶梯状迅速增加阶段,其实质反映了材料内部纤维在不断增加的应力作用下逐步伸长、变形和断裂的过程,因此可以在结构-智能结构中作为传感材料用于结构完整性的自诊断和自监测;在较小应力幅值(24%)的交变载荷作用下,2种材料的电阻变化率都表现出明显的电阻-应变特性和一定的可逆性.单向CFRP复合材料的电阻变化率较正交CFRP复合材料对应变更敏感。  相似文献

通过对T300/QY8911碳纤维/双马复合材料三类多向层压板共5种铺层方式板条的试验研究和理论分析,揭示出不同铺设相邻单向层之间良好的粘合是确保多向层板具有高抗疲劳特性的基础,但自由边区域高的层间应力将引起分层发生与扩展,它将严重降低层板的疲劳寿命。当主要受力方向确定时,层间应力的大小与铺设顺序有密切关系,合理设计铺设顺序是降低层间应力十分有效的措施。  相似文献

A new method to predict the ultimate strength of fiber reinforced composites under arbitrary load condition is introduced. The micromechanics strength theory is used to perform the final failure prediction of composite laminates. The theory is based on unit cell analytic model which can provide the ply composite material properties by only using the constituent fiber and matrix properties and the laminate geometric parameters without knowing any experimental information of the laminates. To show that this method is suitable for predicting the strength of composite laminates, the micromechanics strength theory is ranked by comparing it with all the micro-level and the best two macro-level theories chosen from the World Wide Failure Exercise. The results show that this method can be used for predicting strength of any composite laminates and provide a direct reference for composite optimum design.  相似文献

The penetration behavior and perforation characteristics of Kevlar/Epoxy laminates with various thickness in quasi-static and ballistic perforation penetrated by steel projectiles with different noses are investigated. Quasi-static tests are conducted on MTS810 testing system. The results indicate that global deformation is the major mechanism of energy absorption and woven laminates exhibit larger energy dissipation than that of angleplied laminates. Therefore, the woven laminates have better quasi-static penetration resistance. Ballistic tests with velocity of 200 - 700 m/s are executed by using a powder gun with 7.62 mm barrel. Comparing ballistic experimental results with those under quasi-static condition, both the perforation performance and the failure modes are related closely to the speed of penetrator. Quite different from quasi-static tests, ballistic tests indicate that thick angle-plied laminate targets are even better than woven laminates in resisting ballistic impact. It is observed that the damage zone of the laminate is localized highly with the increasing of the impact velocity and correspondingly, the failure modes are more manifold. The shape of projectile noses affects the impact resistance of laminated Kevlar significantly in the range of velocity around the ballistic limit.  相似文献

Determination of fatigue cracking direction in composite laminates   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The interface plays the central role in the failure analysis of composite laminates, therefore, the interface material properties are taken as the independent parameters. A simple, universal and practicable criterion, i.e. a ratio criterion of strain energy release rate, is proposed to determine the growing direction of a fatigue crack in the composite laminates. The method of arbitrary lines, which is very effective to solve the problems with high gradient feature, is used to analyze the experimental results at the key moments when a crack kinks, turns into the interface, or bifurcates. An approximate method of computing the energy release rate is given. The fatigue fracture tests of composite laminates are carried out, and the numerical predictions of crack growing directions agree well with the experimental results. It is concluded that the methods suggested in this paper are effective to obtain the cracking history and the growing path of a fatigue crack in composite laminates.  相似文献

建立了热固性树脂基复合材料固化过程温度和热应力场分析的数学模型,采用有限元方法,进行了三维非稳态数值求解。通过与已有实验结果的比较,验证了数学模型和计算方法的正确性。获得了3234/T300层合板固化过程中内部温度及热应力分布,分析了保温时间、升温速率、铺层设计等对温度、内部热应力的影响。数值计算结果表明:预固化时间越长,层合板内温度梯度越小,热应力峰值越低;升温速率越大,层合板内温度梯度越大,热应力峰值越大;采用对称铺层可降低层合板内部温度梯度和热应力。  相似文献

采用有限元数值方法和解析方法研究了碳纤维增强聚合物基复合材料(CFRP)加固含损伤空心柱体钢结构在压缩载荷作用下的屈曲问题。通过有限元数值仿真对受轴向压缩载荷的含损伤钢结构进行了纤维增强复合材料的模拟修复,采用八节点复合材料板壳单元模拟复合材料补片结构,考虑理想黏结,通过约束方程建立了CFRP加固含损伤空心柱体钢结构屈曲分析的有限元模型,计算了钢结构的屈曲临界载荷,并与基于能量原理推导的CFRP加固受轴向压缩载荷空心柱体屈曲载荷的理论公式做了比较。参数讨论表明,粘贴CFRP对提高受压结构载荷效果显著;通过改善CFRP层参数可提高结构的临界载荷,增强修补效果;有限元法结果与解析公式计算结果比较吻合。  相似文献
