A new method of synthesis of TiO2 nanoparticles as well as preparation of the organic–inorganic hybrid nanocomposite films of (hydroxypropyl)cellulose (HPC)/TiO2 is presented. At the first stage, the oxotitanium hydrogel phase was obtained by the mineralization of (tetra‐isopropyl)orthotitanate (TIPT) modified by the methacrylic acid (MAA) in 15 wt% solution of H2O2 at room temperature and subsequent annealing at the temperature of 85°C. The crystallization of the nanoparticles of TiO2 was conducted at the oxotitanium hydrogel phase at temperatures around 120°C in the closed vessel. Nanocomposite hybrid films were prepared by the casting method from a solution of HPC and TiO2 nanoparticles in the water. The films of nanocomposite with 10 µm thickness are transparent to visible light and have a lower glass transition temperature compared with HPC in the bulk. This shift of the glass transition is interpreted in terms of packing density of HPC in the interface of HPC nanocomposite with TiO2. The X‐ray diffraction pattern of the nanocomposite film suggests a lower amount of mesomorphic phase of HPC in the composite compared with HPC in the bulk. The spherical and cubic mesoporous BaSO(4) particles with high surface area were successfully produced via one-step process through precipitation reaction in aqueous solution of Ba(OH)(2) and H(2)SO(4) with ethylene glycol (n-HOCH(2)CH(2)OH) as a modifying agent. The BaSO(4) nanomaterial revealed that the high surface area and the mesoporous was stable up to 400 degrees C. Agglomerate mesoporous barium sulfate nanomaterials were obtained by the reaction of Ba(2+) and SO(2-)(4) with ethylene glycol aqueous solution. The ethylene glycol was used to control the BaSO(4) particle size and to modify the surface property of the particles produced from the precipitation. The dried and calcined mesoporous BaSO(4) nanomaterials were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), BET surface area and N(2) adsorption-desorption isotherm, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transform infrared resonance (FTIR) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The as-prepared mesoporous dried BaSO(4) possesses a high BET surface area of 91.56 m(2) g(-1), pore volume of 0.188 cm(3) g(-1) (P/P(0)=0.9849) and pore size of 8.22 nm. The SEM indicates that the morphology of BaSO(4) nanomaterial shows shell like particles up to 400 degrees C, after that there is drastically change in the material due to agglomeration. Synthesis of mesoporous BaSO(4) nanomaterial is of significant importance for both sulphuric acid decomposition and oxidation of methane to methanol.  相似文献

Thermal analysis (TG and DTA) was employed for the characterization of V2O5/TiO2 catalysts supported on high surface area TiO2. The results obtained are consistent with a uniform spreading of vanadium oxide on TiO2 surface for V2O5 content less than 15% by weight.The presence of V2O5 on the surface of TiO2 affects the anatase-rutile phase transition lowering the temperature at which it occurs.DTA measurements, performed on catalysts after many months from the preparation, show the appearance of an exothermic peak in the range 280°–340°C. This signal has been related to the oxidation of V(IV) to V(V) on the catalyst surface.Catalysts characterization, performed by chemical analysis and FT-IR spectroscopy, has confirmed this interpretation.It has been suggested that a slow modification of the catalyst occurs, leading to an increase of the V(IV) content during the time.
Zusammenfassung Zur Charakterisierung von V2O5/TiO2-Katalysatoren auf hochoberflächigem TiO2 Trägermaterial wurde die Thermoanalyse (TG und DTA) angewendet. Für einen V2O5-Gehalt von weniger als 15 Gew.% entsprechen die erhaltenen Ergebnisse einer gleichmäßigen Verteilung des Vanadiumoxides an der TiO2-Oberfläche.Die Gegenwart von V2O5 an der Oberfläche von TiO2 beeinflußt die Anatas-Rutil-Phasenumwandlung, indem sie die zugehörige Temperatur verringert.DTA-Messungen an Katalysatoren mehrere Monate nach ihrer Herstellung zeigten das Auftreten eines exothermen Peaks im Bereich 280°–340°C. Dieses Signal wurde der Oxidation von V(IV) zu V(V) an der Katalysatoroberfläche zugeschrieben.Diese Interpretation konnte durch eine Charakterisierung des Katalysatoren durch chemische Analyse und FT-IR-Spektroskopie bestätigt werden.Es wurde angedeutet, daß der Katalysator mit der Zeit einer langsamen Modifikation unterliegt, die zu einem Ansteigen des V(IV)-Gehaltes führt.

This paper presents a novel and facile method to fabricate hollow silica/sliver (SiO(2)/Ag) nanocomposite spheres. In this approach, the monodisperse hollow SiO(2) colloids bearing quantenary ammonium groups were prepared by dispersion polymerization combined sol-gel process and used as templates. The Ag(+) ions were first adsorbed onto the surfaces of the hollow SiO(2) beads via electrostatic interaction and then in situ reduced by the deprotonated silanol groups of the hollow SiO(2) beads, no extra reducing agents or catalysts were added during the reduction process. TEM, SEM and EDX analyses indicated that Ag nanoparticles were successfully deposited onto the surfaces of hollow SiO(2) beads. Some influencing parameters, such as the amount of quantenary ammonium groups in the inner wall of hollow SiO(2) colloids, Ag(+) ions concentration and reaction temperature, on the deposition of Ag nanoparticles onto SiO(2) colloids were investigated. Preliminary antibacterial tests indicated that these hollow nanocomposite spheres showed excellent antibacterial ability.  相似文献

A novel core/shell structured TiO(2)/polyaniline nanocomposite was fabricated by grafting aniline on aminobenzoate monolayer that is chemically adsorbed on the TiO(2) nanocrystal surface. The formation and nanostructure of the nanocomposite were investigated by FT-IR and UV-Vis spectra, TEM, FE-SEM, and TG-DTA analysis. Adsorption of aminobenzoate on the TiO(2) surface is an effective method to obtain the uniform nanocomposite. The thickness of polyaniline layer coating on the TiO(2) nanocrystal surface can be controlled in a range of 2-5 nm by this method. A photoelectrochemical study was carried out on the TiO(2)/polyaniline nanocomposite, and found that polyaniline in the nanocomposite acted as a visible-light sensitizer in a photoelectrochemical reaction. The sensitization effect increased with increasing binding strength between polyaniline and TiO(2). A dye-sensitized solar cell with a short circuit current density of 0.19 mA/cm(2) and an open circuit voltage of 0.35 V was fabricated by using the TiO(2)/polyaniline nanocomposite film as a sensitized electrode.  相似文献

The SiO(2)/polystyrene nanocomposite particles were synthesized through miniemulsion polymerization by using sodium lauryl sulfate surfactant (SLS), hexadecane costabilizer in the presence of silica particles coated with methacryloxy(propyl)trimethoxysilane. Core-shell or other interesting morphology composite particles were obtained depending on the size of the silica particles and the surfactant concentration employed. By adjusting these parameters, it was possible to control the size and morphology of the composite particles.  相似文献

采用聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(Triton X-100)/正己醇/环己烷/氨水微乳体系合成了纳米TiO2和SiO2/TiO2复合物,用X射线衍射、红外光谱和透射电镜对其结构进行了表征,并以甲基橙降解评价了其光催化性能,讨论了SiO2/TiO2摩尔比、晶相组成及粒径与光催化活性的关系.结果表明,SiO2/TiO2催化剂中形成了新的Ti-O-Si键和无定形SiO2;在纳米TiO2中复合SiO2能有效抑制锐钛矿向金红石的转变,增加锐钛矿的稳定性,并阻止TiO2晶粒的聚集生长.催化剂的光催化活性随金红石含量的增加而降低,加入适量SiO2能明显提高TiO2的光催化活性,其中摩尔比为1/7的SiO2/TiO2光催化活性最高.  相似文献

In this paper, a new type of soluble polyester/silica (PE/SiO2) hybrid was prepared by the ultrasonic irradiation process. The coupling agent γ-glycidyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane (GOTMS) was chosen to enhance the compatibility between the polyester (PE) and silica (SiO2). Furthermore, the effects of the coupling agent on the morphologies and properties of the PE/SiO2 hybrids were investigated using UV-vis and FT-IR spectroscopies and FE-SEM. The densities and solubilities of the PE/SiO2 hybrids were also measured. The results show that the size of the silica particle was markedly reduced by the introduction of the coupling agent, which made the PE/SiO2 hybrid films become transparent. Furthermore, thermal stability, residual solvent in the membrane film and structural ruination of membranes were analyzed by thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA). The effects of SiO2 nanoparticles on the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the prepared nanocomposites were studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Moreover, their mechanical properties were also characterized. It can be observed that the Young's moduli (E) of the hybrid films increase linearly with the silica content. The results obtained from gas permeation experiments with a constant pressure setup showed that adding SiO2 nanoparticles to the polymeric membrane structure increased the permeability of the membranes.  相似文献

A SiO(2)-polystyrene (PS) nanocomposite surface was prepared with a simple method. The wetting behavior of the as-prepared surface was investigated. It was found that the as-prepared surface could be varied from superhydrophilicity to superhydrophobicity just by controlling the drying temperature and the content of SiO(2) nanoparticles in the system. In addition, a transition from the Wenzel regime to the Cassie regime was observed.  相似文献

Fibrillar conductive polyaniline/TiO2 (PANI/TiO2) nanocomposites with different TiO2 amount were synthesized with a template-free in situ polymerization method and characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and conductivity measurement. The morphology determination shows that the PANI/TiO2 composite nanofibers are relatively uniform with the diameter and length in the range of 20–40 nm and 390–420 nm respectively. It also shows that the TiO2 of the composite is rutile crystalline and PANI has some degree of crystallinity. The IR measurement indicates that there is a strong interaction between the PANI and TiO2 nanoparticles, and it has a beneficial effect on the thermal stability of the composite nanofiber. The conductivity of PANI/TiO2 composites changes with TiO2 amount and reaches an optimum value of 2.86 S/cm at 11.1 wt% TiO2. Water-borne raspberry-like PMMA/SiO2 nanocom-posite particles were prepared via free radical copolymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA) with 1-vinylimidazole (1-VID) in the presence of ultrafine aqueous silica sols. The acid-base interaction between hydroxyl groups (acidic) of silica surfaces and amino groups (basic) of 1-VID was strong enough for promoting the formation of long-standing stable PMMA/SiO2 nanocomposite particles when 10 mol% or more 1-VID as auxiliary monomer was used. The average particle sizes and the silica contents of the nanocomposite particles were in the ranges from 120–330 nm and 15%–20%, respectively. 采用逐层自组装方法在二氧化硅球表面交替组装了十二烷基硫酸钠单分子膜和二氧化钛纳米粒子膜 ,该复合多层膜经高温煅烧后得到了核壳型纳米结构二氧化钛 /二氧化硅复合颗粒 .利用XRD ,SEM ,X射线能谱等对复合颗粒进行了表征 .结果表明 :二氧化钛在复合颗粒表面排列紧密、均匀 ,粒径在 5 0nm左右 ,为锐钛矿型结构 .复合颗粒中二氧化钛的含量随组装层数的增加而均匀增加  相似文献
