介绍了一种利用高效液相色谱法测定甘油缩甲醛中游离甲醛含量的方法。结果表明:进样量在0.02—0.5μg范围内线性关系良好,r为0.9995,平均回收率分别为101.6%,RSD为1.9%。说明该方法准确、可靠,可为甘油缩甲醛产品质量控制提供一定的理论依据。  相似文献

1999年9月28日。我所监督员在对某水产批发交易市场检查中,发现一经营户待售的冰鲜章鱼嗅觉上有着强烈的刺鼻味,经现场碱性间苯三酚定性试验阳性后随即对店内的57箱冰鲜章鱼予以就地封存,并抽样经省卫生防疫站检测显示两份样品甲醛含量严重超标,依法对该批控制的章鱼予以填埋销毁,并对当事人予以3000元的处罚.至此拉开了我所整治水产品市场的序幕,水产品甲醛检出率已由当初的26.3%降到省政府建设“食品放心工程”——水产品甲醛检出率控制在2%以下的目标,取得了明显的成效。现将一些做法与经验介绍如下:  相似文献

甲鱼是“气血双补口服液”的君药组成之一,其水解液含有多种α-氨基酸,通过甲醛滴定法可测定口服液的总氨基氮含量.利用均匀设计法研究使用甲醛滴定法测定口服液的总氨基氮含量的最佳测定条件为:在口服液为3.9mL,pH9.0甲醛为10.0mL时,口服液的总氨基氮含量最高.实验结果表明,该法的测定结果重现性好。回收率在95%~105%内;且其测定方法简便,可用于“气血双补口服液”中氨基酸的质量控制。  相似文献

甲醛被世界卫生组织确定为致癌、致畸物质和公认的变态反应源。为了查明水产品中天然甲醛的含量水平及其对人体的健康风险,研究了常见水产品中的甲醛天然含量,参照CAC的方法对其进行了健康风险评估。结果显示,除龙头鱼和鱿鱼丝外,其他常见水产品和水产加工品的天然甲醛含量较低,所检测的常见水产品甲醛天然含量的平均值为7.282mg/kg,急性膳食暴露和慢性膳食暴露均小于相关标准。因此,水产品中存在的天然甲醛不会对人体健康造成目前科学水平能检测到的损害。  相似文献

采用静态顶空-毛细管气相色谱法对地表水中的甲醛和苯系物各组分同时测定,并对分析条件进行优化,详细讨论了各因素对测定结果的影响。结果发现,本方法能将甲醛与苯系物各组分分离,并可以使难分离同分异构体二甲苯分开,且不影响其他组分。本实验条件下,各组分校准曲线方程相关系数均大于0.995,加标回收率在90%-110%之间,相对标准偏差均低于5%。该方法简便、快速、准确,能同时适用于地表水水中甲醛和苯系物的测定。  相似文献

研究了没食子酸Ga—H2O2—NaOH发光体系,根据甲醛增强没食子酸发光的性质,建立了微量甲醛流动注射化学发光测定方法,并用于家庭装修室内空气中甲醛含量的环境监测.本法甲醛测定线性范围为0.01-20μg/mL,检测限为0.005μg/mL,相对标准偏差为2.1%(n=9)。  相似文献

研制了一种能够测定空气中低浓度甲醛的检测方法。其载体为(80~100)目的活化硅胶;玻璃管内径为(2.0~2.5)nm;吸附显色剂为硅胶、稀硫酸和显色剂A的混合物。对空气进行测定的采样条件为:采气速度0.02L/min,采样量0.1L。经初步试验,该检测管变色程度与甲醛浓度的相关性(r=0.9991);检测重现性(不同浓度测定的变异系数小于5%);灵敏度(最低显色浓度为0.1mg/m^3)可对室内环境中的甲醛浓度进行快速检测,操作简便,易于携带和使用,适合一般家庭的使用。  相似文献

文章研究了在氨一氯化铵缓冲溶液中,甲醛能强烈阻抑Cu2+催化过氧化氢氧化罗丹明B的褪色反应,建立了测定甲醛的阻抑动力学荧光分析法的新方法.测定甲醛的线性范围为0.20~18.0mg/L,检出限为1.2×10^-5g/L.用于食品中甲醛的测定,结果满意.  相似文献

在稀硫酸溶液中,基于甲醛对溴酸钾氧化吖啶红的显著促进作用,建立了测定痕量甲醛的动力学光度法及动力学荧光法.测定线性范围分别为0.1-4.8mg/L和0.01-0.32mg/L,检出限分别为37μg/L和4.7μg/L.用于室内空气、实验室及医院废水中痕量甲醛的测定,结果令人满意.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
