为了探索转杯纺纱工艺对成纱质量及纺纱过程的影响,分别对影响成纱质量及纺纱过程的主要工艺参数、分梳辊锯齿规格、锋利度及其转速进行了纺纱试验。结果表明,上述诸因素对成纱质量均有显著影响。并通过理论分析,提出了在本试验条件下的最优工艺及改善成纱质量的有效途径。  相似文献

为了减少F1603型转杯纺纱机纺纱时产生的粗节纱疵,提高成纱质量.对纺纱过程中粗节产生的原因进行分析,并进行了纺纱试验.结果表明:成纱粗节与纺纱关键部件分梳辊、转杯的机械状态、磨损有关;与转杯纺纱机的工艺配置、通道不良有关.通过采取严格保养周期及润滑周期,定期更换关键器材,周期性更换分梳辊针布,保证纺杯内负压稳定等相应的预防措施,可以降低粗节的产生.  相似文献

对用于PU革基布的T/C65/35 58tex转杯纺起绒纱的纺纱工艺进行了优选。对捻度、喂入条定量、纹杯和分梳辊转速、 分梳辊针布型号等关键工艺对成纱质量的影响作了大量试验,并对试验结果进行了理论分析和探讨。优化后的纺纱工艺保证了起绒纱纱疵少,起绒效果好。  相似文献

为提高转杯纱质量,对转杯纺质量控制的有关问题进行了分析和论述。指出:转杯纱的质量控制首先要严格掌握质量标准,要以满足客户要求为最终标准。转杯纱质量控制应贯穿于产品生产全过程。要合理使用纤维原料,前纺工艺加强除杂、除微尘,注意短绒含量,改善纤维分离度。应特别关注转杯、分梳辊、假捻盘、阻捻器等关键专件的选配并合理配置工艺。  相似文献

为了生产高质量的转杯纺纱线,对立达公司的短流程R40转杯纺生产线的关键纺纱器材,如:阻捻头、假捻器、纺杯和分梳辊等进行了优选。试验结果显示:表面螺旋结构的KS型阻捻头成纱奈干好,毛羽少,强力高;KSNX型阻捻头成纱手感柔软,适纺针织纱;表面带沟槽的K4K型阻捻头成纱蓬松,适纺牛仔布用纱;40-XTC-BD型纺杯适纺83.3tex等粗号纱;33-XT-BD型纺杯适纺29tex等较细号纱;另外,用B20ON-64型分梳辊纺纯棉29tex纱,以8kr/min,排杂补风全关为宜;纺83.3tex补风口开1/2为宜。最后指出,应结合客户要求选择关键纺纱器材和工艺参数才能纺好转杯纱。  相似文献

To examine the effectiveness of the new dual-feed rotor spinning system, we performed a set of experiments to assess the influence of the opening roller type, sliver feed method, and direction of fiber feeding into the rotor on the quality of a polyester/cotton blend yarn. Six yarn samples of 58tex consisting of 55/45 polyester/cotton were prepared in this study. Their respective properties, such as tenacity, elongation at break, mass irregularity, hairiness, thick (+35%) and thin (?30%) places were tested and statistically analyzed using Minitab. ANOVA analysis showed that the tested yarn quality properties were statistically significant among groups except for thick places (+35%). Tukey’s post hoc test based on the honest significant difference was performed to determine the implication of results within groups at the value of α?=?0.05. The dual-feed blend yarn (PCLR) spun with opening roller type OK37 on the left and OK40 on the right exhibited superior yarn quality characteristics compared to other samples. Dually carded slivers yielded better yarn quality compared to simultaneously carded ones. The combing direction did not produce a clear trend on the quality of yarns. The study provides important insights into the potential of the dual-feed rotor spinning concept.  相似文献

在细特纱的纺纱过程中,为了减少细纱断头,提高成纱质量,对细纱牵伸部件及工艺配置进行了分析,发现将前上罗拉加大一定前冲量后能减小细纱无捻三角区,并在FAS06型细纱机上进行了前上罗拉前冲工艺试验,结果表明,合理选用前冲量能优化纺纱工艺,对降低细纱断头,改善成纱质量有明显效果。  相似文献

In all industrial rotor spinning machines, opening of the fibers is performed by an opening roller, in which sliver is fed from a single point. Increasing number of feed rollers from one to two may improve fiber opening and trash ejection by two-step loading in opening zone of the opening roller. This may improve fiber orientation and blending in the produced yarn and yarn properties. In earlier two sliver feed laboratory systems (dual-feed), it was not possible to work with cotton fiber, because the trash removal zone was used for feeding a second sliver. The aim of this study was to design a system that can take advantage of dual-feed and also extract the trash. The experimental rig was a modified RU04 rotor spinning unit of Rieter in which two separate sliver feed systems were utilized. Raw material used and yarn count were cotton and 29 tex, respectively. Extracted trash and yarn properties produced with dual-feed system were compared with that of the original unit. Yarn properties tested were tenacity, extension, work of rupture, mass irregularity and imperfections, hairiness, and abrasion resistance. Test results were analyzed by ANOVA for any difference between the means and Duncan for ranking. Tenacity, strain at peak, work of rupture, and yarn abrasion of the dual-feed yarn increased, and their mass irregularity and imperfections decreased in comparison to that of the conventional yarn. According to the test results, it was concluded that, increasing number of feed rollers on the opening roller from one to two has improved the yarn properties and trash separation of cotton fiber is possible and comparable to the original single feed.  相似文献
