为了解我区健康人群流脑带菌状况,科学的制定流脑防制对策提供依据,2001年12月-2002年6月对我区健康人群进行了流脑带菌情况调查,结果显示:我区健康人群流脑带菌率为3.11%。在33件阳性标本中B群Nm菌共有26件,占78.79%;其它群(1890、1892、319、1916)Nm菌仅占21.21%,未出现A群Nm菌;流脑带菌以35-岁人群最高,占28%,其次为5岁-人群,占21%,0岁最低,占3%。男性带菌高于女性,本市人口与外来人口流脑带菌无显著差异。因此,我区在维持A群脑膜炎球菌多糖疫苗基础免疫高接种率水平的同时,在B群流脑多糖菌苗未研制成功前,应针对B群Nm菌引起的发病进行综合防治措施。  相似文献

目的 了解东阳市健康人群脑膜炎奈瑟菌(Nm)抗体水平和带菌情况,为制定预防和控制流行性脑脊髓膜炎(流脑)的有效措施提供依据。方法 采用整群抽样方法,对三种不同人群(普通人群、密切接触人群、对照组人群)采集血清标本,应用酶联免疫吸附试验检测A、C群Nm抗体;采集咽拭子,采用增菌咽拭液标本,接种于双抗血平皿37℃24h培养,分离Nm。结果 调查的444例健康人群中,A群Nm抗体阳性率78.60%,GMT为1:42.26,C群Nm抗体阳性率21.17%,GMT为1:10.36,A群Nm抗体水平较高,而C群Nm抗体水平则较低。405例接种A群流脑疫苗者抗体阳性率(81.73%)和GMT(1:44.46)明显高于39例未接种者(阳性率和GMT分别为46.15%和1:16.63)(P〈0.01),与是否接种过A群流脑疫苗有关联性。Nm带菌率为1.73%,以C群和D群为主,密切接触人群的Nm带菌率明娃高于其他人群。结论 东阳市健康人群中对A群流脑具有较高的免疫力,而对C群流脑免疫力较低,一旦有传染源介入,极易引起暴发和流行,及时、有效地接种A+C流脑多糖疫苗对预防和控制流脑显得十分重要。  相似文献

目的了解哈尔滨市健康人群流行性脑脊髓膜炎(以下简称流脑)带菌状况和免疫水平,预测流脑发病的趋势,为流脑的防控提供科学依据。方法选择宾县作为哈尔滨市流脑监测点。监测点按《全国流脑监测方案》要求,采集3个乡的〈1岁、1也岁、34岁、5-6岁、7~14岁、15~19岁及20岁以上共7个年龄组人群的咽拭子及静脉血分剐进行健康人群带菌调查及人群抗体水平检测。结果哈尔滨市健康人群A群流脑IgG抗体的总阳性率为82.86%(174/2101,C群流脑IgG抗体的总阳性率为62.38%(131/2101;健康人群脑膜炎奈瑟氏菌(以下简称Nm)的带菌率为3.33%(7,210)。结论哈尔滨市健康人群Nm带菌率较低,健康人群A群流脑IgG抗体阳性率维持在较高水平,C群流脑IgG抗体阳性率相对较低,表明大部分人对A群有免疫力,但C群感染率较高。  相似文献

目的研究青海省流行性脑脊髓膜炎(流脑)流行菌群的变迁趋势。方法采用分离培养和药敏试验对青海省2005—2011年分离的38株流脑菌株的血清群构成进行分析。结果检出38株流脑阳性菌株,其中来自患者的27株阳性菌中A群12株(44.44%)、C群15株(55.56%),来自健康人群鼻咽部检出的11株阳性菌株中Y群3株(0.67%)、A群2株(0.44%)、29E群菌株6株(1.33%),B群未检出。结论青海流脑病人及健康人群携带菌株中检出A群、C群、Y群及29E群新菌株,表明本地区流脑菌群已经发生变化,流行趋势由A群趋于C群。  相似文献

目的了解新疆流行性脑脊髓膜炎(流脑)流行病学特征,为做好流脑防制工作提供科学依据。方法对新疆2001~2006年流脑流行病学和实验室检测资料进行描述流行病学分析。结果新疆2001~2006年流脑年平均发病率、死亡率、病死率分别是0.45/10万、0.026/10万、5.75%。发病呈明显的季节性,主要集中在2-4月。发病年龄以15岁以下儿童为主。占60.04%。职业以学生、散居儿童为主,分别占30.62%、28.03%。169名密切接触者咽拭子采样检测平均带菌率为10.65%,其中A群13株,带菌率为7.69%;B群4株,带菌率为2.37%;C群1株,带菌率为0.59%。健康人群流脑抗体免疫水平:A群抗体阳性率为37.54%,C群抗体阳性率为18.44%。结论2001~2006年新疆流脑发病率一直维持在较低水平(年均发病率0.45/10万),但仍高于同期全国水平(0.20/10万),防治工作仍须加强。新疆健康人群流脑A群和C群流脑抗体水平较低,A群抗体阳性率37.54%,C群抗体阳性率18.44%,因此要加强新疆地区流脑疫苗的预防接种工作。  相似文献

目的分析本院2006—2007流感监测结果,为制定控制流感方案提供依据。方法采集2006年1月~2007年12月儿科门诊就诊的流感样病人的咽拭子标本,送海南省疾病预防控制中心(CDC)流感实验室检验并对结果作出分析。结果共采集流感样病例咽拭子样本410份,流感病毒阳性61株,分离率为14.88%,其中,A1型(HIN1)17例、A3型(H3N2)10例、B型34例,分别占总分离数的7.87%,16.40%,55.74%;2006年流感病毒优势株是A1(H1N1)型。2007年是B型;流行高峰期是3~9月。结论感染人群中流感病毒株A1型、A3型、B型活动交替应加强人群的流感监测。  相似文献

目的为了解海南省健康人群中流行性流脑膜炎奈瑟菌(Nm)带菌状况及抗体水平,为制定流脑防治规划和预警提供科学依据。方法采用随机抽样方法抽取海口市、儋州市和东方市,以整群抽样法采集被抽中家庭全部人员健康人群咽拭子和静脉血,进行脑膜炎奈瑟菌(Nm)培养,用间接酶联免疫法监测血清标本中脑膜炎A、C群IgG抗体,含量≥2μg/ml为阳性。结果本次抽样检测744人,脑膜炎奈瑟菌(Nm)培养阳性9人,总带菌率为1.21%,A群和c群带菌都主要集中在儋州地区。共检测676人流脑IgG抗体,其中A群抗体阳性者420人,阳性率为62.13%。C群阳性者195人,阳性率为28.85%。不同年龄组抗体水平差异有非常显著性差异,35-45岁年龄组抗体水平最高(P〈0.01);A群流脑抗体阳性率62.13%显著高于C群流脑抗体28.25%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),C群抗体各地区间无差异。结论海南省健康人群中存在流脑奈瑟菌(Nm)带菌者,人群中流脑A、C群保护性抗体较低,应加强流脑的防控工作。  相似文献

目的探讨深圳市南山区2005年流感流行规律,为有效防制提供依据。方法通过流行病学、血清学和病原学监测,对深圳市南山区流感流行情况进行分析。结果2005年流感样病人数在全年各月有明显变化,4月、5月、9月份流感病人相对较多,10月份流感病人相对较少;0-岁组、5-岁组流感样病人明显较多,分别占总流感样病人数的43.4%、25.0%;2005年共分离到毒株56株,分离率为12.0%,其中H3N2亚型44株,占78.6%,H1N1亚型6株,占10.7%,B型毒株6株,占10.7%,其中5株B型毒株为9月分离。人群中A型、B型流感抗体的阳性率分别为92.9%、70.9%。结论2005年深圳市南山区流感疫情相对较为平静,H3N2型毒株为流感流行的优势毒株,B型流感病毒的流行有增强的趋势,监测结果显示流感病毒优势毒株如不发生大的变异,与目前深圳市使用的疫苗株型别基本相同,则近期不会发生流感较大规模的流行。  相似文献

目的了解华东某省进京人群的流脑带菌情况。方法培养法,挑菌落典型,做革兰染色镜检符合,血清凝集符合,即定为流脑菌。结果咽拭子1010份,分离到脑膜炎奈瑟菌株54株,带菌率为5.3%。其中主要为B群40株,占74.07%,C群5株,占9、27%,A群3株,占5.56%,1892型2株,占3.70%,1811型1486型1916型319型各1株,分别占1.85%;男性606人,阳性42人,带菌率4.13%;女性404人,阳性12人,带菌率1.17%,有显著差异;各年龄组之间的带菌率没有显著差异。结论流脑带菌以B群为主,呈现多型性。外来人口的带菌者增加了流脑在本市的传播机会。所以加强流动人口疫情管坪.控制该人群疫情的发牛、荨延.成为今后防制工作的重点。  相似文献

近年来,在国内流脑菌型调查资料中,一般认为主要由A群引起流行,而B群和1916群仅见于“流脑”个别病例。但在健康人群的带菌调查中,B群占优势(50%以上),A群约占17%,1890群约占1%。我区多为A群引起流行。1977年2~3月我们在柳州市、灵山县等地从病人的脑脊液中共分离出九株流脑菌,其中七株A群,一株B群和一株C群。1976~1977年在不同流行类型的地区对2107名健康人群进行流脑带菌调查,结果B群占70.9%,A群仅占5.8%。5个新血清群以1892群为多见,1890群仅占0 8%。1978年12月,我们从一病人中分  相似文献

目的对2011年广州市分离的6株脑膜炎奈瑟菌(Neisseria meningitidis,N.meningitidis)进行分子特征分析。方法提取菌株基因组DNA,通过DNA序列测定分析外膜蛋白(outer membranes proteins,OMPs)编码基因porA、fetA可变区型别;通过多位点序列分型(multi-locus sequence typing,MLST),采用Splits Tree在线软件分析进化关系,研究其分子特征。结果 6株菌株的OMPs编码基因porA、fetA可变区型别均不相同;MLST分型显示其分属5个不同的序列型(Sequence Type,ST),其中2株B群菌株序列型为ST-5615,1株C群菌株序列型为ST-5542,1株血清不能分群菌株序列型为ST-2146,分离自健康带菌者和密切接触者的2株W135群菌株的序列型不同,其中密切接触者为高致病性的ST-11型,而健康带菌者为新发现的ST-9133型。结论广州市N.meningitidis的基因型具有多样性特点,本研究为完善我市N.meningitidis分型数据、研发新疫苗及免疫规划措施的制订提供参考。  相似文献

目的 了解湖北省某县健康人群中C群脑膜炎奈瑟菌(Nm)抗体的保护性水平。方法随机抽取湖北省7个年龄组共189份健康人群血清样品,采用血清杀菌试验方法,以C群脑膜炎奈瑟菌疫苗株(C11)作为靶菌,检测和分析湖北省不同年龄组健康人群对C群Nm的血清杀菌力水平。并对检测结果进行统计分析。结果189份健康人群血清对C群Nm的杀菌抗体阳性率为44.44%,几何平均滴度(GMT)为1:6.37,人群保护率(抗体滴度≥1:8)为38.10%,其中,1-2岁年龄组GMT最低(1:2.96),阳性率为33.33%,人群保护率为23.33%,15-19岁年龄组GMT最高(1:10.80),阳性率为56.67%,人群保护率为50.00%。6岁以下儿童GMT为(1:4.78),阳性率为39.29%,保护率为33.03%,低于较高年龄组。结论湖北省6岁以下年龄组健康人群对C群Nm血清杀菌力水平较低;实施扩大免疫规划后,小年龄儿童仍需要采取措施提高C群流脑抗体水平;继续进行免疫效果监测是非常必要的。  相似文献

Objective To characterize the meningococcal strains isolated from cases and close contacts with meningococcal disease associated with an outbreak in a jail in May 2010 by investigating the national distribution of hyperinvasive ST-4821 serogroup C clone associated with this outbreak. Methods The cases were described based on the clinical symptoms and laboratory results. Pharyngeal swabs were cultured for N. meningitidis from men in the jail. Meningococcal isolates were identified by serogrouping, pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) and multilocus sequence typing (MLST), respectively. Four hundred and sixteen serogroup C N. meningitidis strains were collected from 27 provinces between 2003 and 2010 for a nationwide survey and analyzed by PFGE and MLST. Results Three persons in a jail system were infected with invasive N. meningitidis serogroup C. All isolates tested had matching PFGE patterns and belonged to the multilocus sequence type (ST) 4821 clonal complex. All 47 N. meningitidis strains were identified from the pharyngeal swabs of 166 peoples in the jail, and 26 of them belonged to ST-4821 serogroup C clone, and 90.14% (375/416) serogroup C strains identified in the nationwide survey belonged to the ST-4821 complex. The ST-4821 serogroup C clone was spread nationwide, distributed in 24 provinces, especially in eastern provinces between 2003 and 2010. Conclusion Endemic transmission and carriage rate of ST-4821 serogroup C clone are high in this jail system. The ST-4821 serogroup C clone is spreading in China and nationwide distributed despite the existence of some effective vaccines.  相似文献

Data are presented on serogroups of meningococci (Neisseria meningitidis) that were submitted to Westmead Hospital and The Children's Hospital, Camperdown, from patients in Sydney and in rural areas of New South Wales, from January 1, 1977 to December 31, 1987. One hundred and ten organisms that were isolated from cerebrospinal fluid or from blood were examined. All organisms were isolated from sporadic cases of meningococcal disease. Patients in the zero-to-two-years' age-group were affected most commonly, but 36.3% of isolates were from older children and adults. The distribution of serogroups was as follows: serogroup B, 43.6; serogroup A, 28.2%; serogroup C, 10.0%; serogroup W135, 8.2%; serogroup Y, 4.5%; and serogroup Z, 0.9%. The isolates that were serogrouped by us represented approximately half the cases of meningococcal meningitis that were notified in New South Wales during this period. Serogrouping of meningococcal isolates is very important in order to follow epidemiological trends in the disease and to monitor the serogroups that cause outbreaks, where vaccination of contacts may be indicated. Our laboratories are prepared to receive isolates for serogrouping and antibiotic sensitivity testing from across New South Wales.  相似文献

目的了解四川省合江县健康人群流脑脑膜炎奈瑟氏菌(Nm)带菌情况和抗体水平,为制定科学防控对策提供依据。方法在流脑流行前期在合江县采集健康人群咽拭子并进行脑膜炎奈瑟氏菌(Nm)菌株分离培养,采集健康人群血液进行抗体水平检测。结果健康人群带菌率为2.83%,健康人群A群流脑血清抗体阳性率较高(63.33%),其余3群阳性率较低(12.5~15.5%),健康人群对C、Y和W135群流脑保护率相当低(2%~3%)。结论加强3岁以下儿童的A群流脑菌苗的接种工作,开展15岁以下儿童的A+C+Y+W135四价流脑菌苗接种工作。  相似文献

目的对广州市2例B群流行性脑脊髓膜炎(流脑)新生儿病例进行诊断并分析可能的传染源,为流脑预防控制提供依据。方法采用现场流行病学、血清学调查方法对流脑病例进行调查分析。结果 2例病例均因发热等症状入院,经抗生素治疗病情好转。病例的血标本及其密切接触者咽试子标本均分离到B群流脑菌株,该菌株对美罗培南、头孢西丁、头孢噻肟等敏感。结论本市近年来首次出现2例未满月婴幼儿感染B群流脑菌的病例,应加强流脑,尤其是B群流脑菌株病原学监测。  相似文献

目的了解2010-2012年深圳市B型流感的流行状况,应用单碱基延伸终止荧光偏振法快速诊断,为制定预防控制措施提供依据。方法从GenBank随机下载By和Bv HA基因,通过MEGA分析,利用Primer Premier软件设计特异引物和通用探针,应用单碱基延伸终止法与荧光偏振技术对流感哨点监测医院随机采集流感样病例的咽拭子或咽漱液标本进行快速检测,用HA(IHemagglutination inhibition)实验确认的B型流感病毒亚系分离毒株进行特异性验证。结果 2010-2012年共采集并检测流感样病例咽拭子4 630份,快速诊断B型流感病毒阳性189例,与HAI分离并鉴定结果一致,总阳性率为4.08%;以2012年第7周阳性率最高,达51.61%;病毒阳性者平均年龄为(13±15)岁,其中小于10岁组的阳性率最高,达4.70%。结论 2010-2012年深圳市B型流感病毒的监测中,Victoria亚型为主要流行株。深圳B型流感病毒主要累及青少年和老年人群。应继续加强监测工作,并在流行季节及时采取预防控制措施以保护公众的身体健康。  相似文献

Prevalence and site-pathogen studies of pathogenic Neisseria were conducted in 815 homosexual men over a 12-month period. Neisseria meningitidis was isolated from more patients than N gonorrhoeae (43.1% vs 33.1%). A high oropharyngeal carriage of n meningitidis (42.5%) was present, with much lower urethral (0.7%) and rectal (2.0%) colonization. Although N meningitidis urethral isolates were associated with urethral discharge in five of six patients, N meningitidis in the oropharynx or rectum was not usually associated with clinical illness. Neisseria meningitidis was usually isolated from only one site in individual patients. Neisseria gonorrhoeae was isolated from the urethra (18.5%), rectum (16.3%), and oropharynx (5.6%). Of the 270 patients with gonococcal infection, 49.1% had urethral gonorrhea only, and 20.7% were infected at two or more body sites. Virtually all patients with urethral infection had symptoms of urethritis, whereas 89.1% of patients with oropharyngeal infection and 61.9% of patients with anorectal infection had no local symptoms.  相似文献

From 1977 to 1981, 18,642 cases of bacterial meningitis were reported to the Centers for Disease Control. We analyzed data from 27 states with full participation from 1978 through 1981. Hemophilus influenzae was the most frequent cause of bacterial meningitis (48.3%), followed by Neisseria meningitidis (19.6%) and Streptococcus pneumoniae (13.3%). Overall attack rates for males were greater than for females (3.3 v 2.6 cases per 10(5) population per year). Attack rates were highest in children under 1 year of age (76.7 per 10(5) population per year). Case-fatality ratios were highest for gram-negative and miscellaneous causes of bacterial meningitis (33.7%) and lowest for meningitis caused by H influenzae (6.0%). Neisseria meningitidis and S pneumonia meningitis occurred preponderantly during the winter, while H influenzae meningitis had peak activity in the spring and fall. Ampicillin resistance among H influenzae increased from 18.7% in 1978, to 23.9% in 1981. Serogroup B Neisseria meningitidis was the most common serogroup identified during the reporting period (51.1%), followed by serogroup C (22.3%), serogroup Y (5.8%), and serogroup A (4.7%) infections.  相似文献
