采用水蒸汽蒸馏法从陕西栽培的香紫苏花序得到精油 ,再用GC -MS分析 ,从精油中共检出 45种组分 ,香紫苏精油的主要成分是 :乙酸芳樟酯 (65 .0 2 3 % )和芳樟醇 (1 6.892 % ) ,其中 1 4种主要化合物 ,占精油含量的 96.46%。此外 ,检测出一种新组分 :邻氨基苯甲酸芳樟酯 ,在香紫苏精油中含量 :0 .0 66%。 相似文献

通过水蒸气蒸馏提取不同生长发育阶段芳樟醇型樟叶的精油,并运用GC-MS和GC法分析精油的主成分及其变化规律。结果表明,芳樟叶油主要成分有芳樟醇、1,8-桉叶素、樟脑、黄樟油素等,芳樟叶得油率及各主要成分随芳樟叶生长变化的规律各不相同,6—8月芳樟叶油的得油率和芳樟醇含量均达到较高值,这段时间是芳樟叶油生产较佳时间段。研究结果可为芳樟叶油的提取及质量控制提供依据。 相似文献

调查了柑橘类精油中普遍存在的呋喃香豆素类物质的种类、化学结构与分布,尤其是该类化合物对皮肤的光化学毒性作用。采用UV技术对市售芳香疗法用橙油、柠檬油、葡萄柚精油与佛手柑精油等四种柑橘类精油进行了光敏化合物呋喃香豆素含量测定,并使用液-液萃取分离技术实现了精油脱呋喃香豆素类生产性试验,开发研制了四种脱敏精油。这些脱敏精油在芳香疗法使用剂量下,其呋喃香豆素类化合物的含量控制在20ppm以下,保证使用的安全与可靠。 相似文献

The aim of this study was to characterize aromatherapy massage oils prepared from virgin coconut oil (VCO) and some essential
oils. VCO extracted from fresh coconut endosperm by a centrifugation method, which was the most effective method to prepare
VCO, was composed mainly of saturated fatty acids, in particular myristic acid. Three essential oils (lemon, eucalyptus and
lavender oils) at concentrations of 1, 3 and 5% w/w were blended with the VCO to prepare massage oils. Physical and chemical
properties as well as microbial analysis of the massage oils were assessed to evaluate quality characteristics of the preparations.
Results showed that types and concentrations of essential oils used somewhat affected viscosity, refractive index and three
chemical characteristics (acid, peroxide, and iodine values) associated with oxidative stability of the massage oils. Generally
the rank order of acid, peroxide and iodine values of the freshly prepared massage oils appeared to be lemon oil > lavender
oil > eucalyptus oil. The results of a accelerated storage stability study (45 °C, 4 months) clearly showed a dramatic increase
in both acid and peroxide values of VCO and the blended massage oils compared to initial values, whereas the iodine values
of these preparations decreased slightly. The plain VCO and the blended massage oils did not exhibit antimicrobial activity
on the test microorganisms and were free from microbial contamination. 相似文献

Essential oils extracted from aromatic plants exhibit important biological activities and have become increasingly important for the development of aromatherapy for complementary and alternative medicine. The essential oil extracted from Cinnamomum cassia Presl (CC-EO) has various functional properties; however, little information is available regarding its anti-tyrosinase and anti-melanogenic activities. In this study, 16 compounds in the CC-EO have been identified; the major components of this oil are cis-2-methoxycinnamic acid (43.06%) and cinnamaldehyde (42.37%). CC-EO and cinnamaldehyde exhibited anti-tyrosinase activities; however, cis-2-methoxycinnamic acid did not demonstrate tyrosinase inhibitory activity. In murine B16 melanoma cells stimulated with α-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (α-MSH), CC-EO and cinnamaldehyde not only reduced the melanin content and tyrosinase activity of the cells but also down-regulated tyrosinase expression without exhibiting cytotoxicity. Moreover, CC-EO and cinnamaldehyde decreased thiobarbituric acid-reactive substance (TBARS) levels and restored glutathione (GSH) and catalase activity in the α-MSH-stimulated B16 cells. These results demonstrate that CC-EO and its major component, cinnamaldehyde, possess potent anti-tyrosinase and anti-melanogenic activities that are coupled with antioxidant properties. Therefore, CC-EO may be a good source of skin-whitening agents and may have potential as an antioxidant in the future development of complementary and alternative medicine-based aromatherapy. 相似文献

The importance of creating sustainable alternatives for products that can be easily recyclable, such as, poly (ethylene terephthalate) (PET), is not new, being textile fibers the product of greatest interest. The objective of this work is to propose a recycling alternative for PET bottles for fiber production as a reservoir of essential oils for aromatherapy applications. The fibers were obtained via coaxial and dual-jet electrospinning techniques. The material used in the impregnation and release of peppermint oil was PET originating from disposable bottles. The release of oil from the electrospun fibers was quantified by UV–vis spectroscopy. For the fibers produced by dual-jet electrospinning the cumulative release of peppermint reached around 70% after 30 days. The sample obtained by coaxial electrospinning had a core-shell structure and the amount of oil released was 33% after 30 days. In this investigation, a less aggressive process was introduced, making the electrospinning of PET a viable technique for essential oil impregnation. Dual-jet as well as coaxial electrospinning showed slower release than values reported in the literature. Thus, a procedure with more favorable working conditions was developed, making the process more feasible and serving as an alternative for recycling PET bottles to produce functional textiles. 相似文献
