摘    要:为了提高变形镜的控制精度及简化控制, 提出采用基于泽尼克(Zernike)多项式的PID控制算法, 实现对单压电变形镜的闭环反馈控制. 首先, 建立基于Zernike多项式的PID闭环控制模型. 其次, 搭建基于哈特曼波前传感器的自适应光学测试平台, 使用62单元单压电变形镜进行闭环控制实验. 最后, 通过相位片模拟扰动像差, 并对扰动像差进行实时PID闭环校正. 实验结果表明: 在相位片旋转速度和外界扰动像差相同的条件下, 采用基于Zernike多项式的PID控制算法对波前像差进行校正, 比采用直接反馈方法校正精度提高了50%左右. 证明采用基于Zernike多项式的PID控制算法能提高单压电变形镜动态像差的校正精度以及简化控制系统.

Abstract:In order to improve the control accuracy of deformable mirror and simplify the control, a PID control algorithm based on Zernike polynomials is presented and then the closed-loop feedback control of unimorph deformable mirror is realized. Firstly, a PID closed-loop control model based on Zernike polynomials was established. Secondly, an adaptive optical test platform based on Hartmann wavefront sensor was built. Closed-loop control experiment was performed using 62 elements unimorph deformable mirror. Finally, the disturbance of aberrations was simulated by the rotated phase plate. The disturbance of aberrations was corrected in real-time by the deformable mirror with PID closed-loop algorithm. The experimental results show that the correction accuracy of PID control algorithm based on Zernike polynomials is improved by about 50% compared with the direct feedback control method, under the conditions of the same phase plate rotating speed and the same external aberrations. It is proved that PID control algorithm based on Zernike polynomials can improve the correction accuracy of dynamic aberrations for unimorph deformable mirror and simplify the control system.
