预应力陶粒混凝土与普通混凝土叠合梁受弯性能研究

摘    要:为了研究短龄期叠合浇筑间隔时间变化和预应力对叠合梁受弯力学性能的影响, 制作了4根陶粒混凝土与普通混凝土叠合梁, 进行三等分点受弯试验. 对正截面受弯承载力和开裂弯矩进行理论计算, 并与试验结果进行对比. 结果表明 在同一荷载水平下, 预应力叠合梁裂缝宽度小于非预应力叠合梁; 浇筑间隔时间的变化对预应力叠合梁承载能力的影响不明显; 最大裂缝宽度和平均裂缝宽度随着浇筑间隔时间的延长而增大; 施加预应力能有效抑制裂缝的生成和发展; 陶粒混凝土与普通混凝土叠合梁跨中的混凝土应变沿截面高度基本呈线性变化, 平截面假定依然成立; 随着荷载增加, 预应力叠合梁刚度退化随浇筑间隔时间延长而加快.

Abstract:In order to study the influence of the short-term aged casting interval time change and the prestress on the flexural mechanical properties of the composite beams, four composite beams of ceramsite concrete and normal concrete were designed for three equal point bending test analysis. The theoretical calculation of the flexural capacity and the cracking moment of the normal section were conducted, and the comparison and analysis with the test results were carried out. The test results showed that, at the same load level, the crack width of the prestressed composite beam is smaller than that of the non-prestressed composite beam. The change of the casting interval time has no obvious influence on the load-bearing capacity of the prestressed composite beam. The maximum crack width and average crack width increase with the casting interval time. Applying prestress can effectively restrain the formation and development of cracks. The mid-span concrete strain of the ceramsite concrete and normal concrete composite beam varies linearly along the section height, and the plain section assumption is still valid. As the load increases, the stiffness degradation of the pre-stressed composite beam increases with the prolonging of the casting interval.
