摘    要:为探讨针式中心加热卷烟抽吸过程中烟碱和雾化剂在烟丝中的径向变化规律, 通过自主设计的烟丝分层剥离装置, 对抽吸前后的烟丝进行分层, 研究了1, 2-丙二醇、丙三醇和烟碱在烟丝各层中的浓度分布、释放效率及逐口抽吸情况, 并建立化合物含量(质量分数)与径向距离之间的线性方程。结果表明:①抽吸后烟丝中烟碱和雾化剂的含量由内层到外层逐渐递增。②烟碱和雾化剂在烟丝中的加热释放效率为1, 2-丙二醇>烟碱>丙三醇, 与其沸点具有明显的相关性。③抽吸时1, 2-丙二醇主要释放来源为中层和外层烟丝, 丙三醇和烟碱的主要释放来源为内层烟丝。④抽吸后烟碱和雾化剂在烟丝中的径向分布与径向距离和物质沸点显著相关, 其中, 丙三醇受径向距离影响最为明显。⑤适当减小烟支直径, 可减少烟丝用量, 同时保持烟气浓度和生理满足感基本不变。

Abstract:To investigate the radial distributions of nicotine and atomizing agents in tobacco section of a needle-style centrally heated tobacco product during smoking, the tobacco section was radially stratified before and after smoking by a bespoke tobacco section stratifying device. The concentration distribution, release efficiency and puff-by-puff release of 1, 2-propanediol, glycerol and nicotine in each tobacco circle were studied. The linear equation between the contents(mass fractions)of the compounds and the radial distance of tobacco circles was established. The results showed that: 1)The contents of nicotine and the atomizing agents in tobacco section increased from inner to outer after smoking. 2)The release efficiency of nicotine and the atomizing agents in the tobacco followed the order of 1, 2-propanediol > nicotine > glycerol, which obviously correlated to their boiling points. 3)The main release source of 1, 2-propylene glycol was the middle and outer tobacco circles, and those of glycerol and nicotine was the inner tobacco circle. 4)After smoking, the radial distributions of nicotine and the atomizing agents in the tobacco section significantly correlated to the radial distances and their boiling points. Glycerol was affected by the radial distance most significantly. 5)Appropriately reducing the diameter of tobacco section could reduce the amount of cut tobacco in each tobacco rod, while the smoke concentration and physiological satisfaction were basically unchanged.
