摘    要:以固体废弃物磷尾矿为原料,通过高温焙烧法制备尿素醇解合成碳酸丙烯酯反应催化剂。采用TGA、XRD和BET对催化剂进行了表征及性能研究。研究表明:经焙烧后磷尾矿转变为由Ca(OH)2、MgO和Ca10(PO46F2构成的碱性催化剂,其表面的碱性活性中心使催化剂的活性较磷尾矿有大幅的提高。在催化剂的用量极低(0.034%,基于原料质量计算)、反应温度170℃、反应时间2 h、n(1,2-丙二醇)/n(尿素)=4的条件下,碳酸丙烯酯的收率和选择性分别达到81.8%和95.6%。催化剂经多次重复使用活性稍有降低后趋于稳定。

Recovery of Phosphate Tailing for Catalytic Synthesis of Propylene Carbonate

Abstract:The catalyst for the synthesis of propylene carbonate was prepared by calcination method using phosphate tailings as the raw material. The methods of TGA, XRD and BET were employed for the characterization of the catalyst. It was found that the phosphate tailings were changed into the alkaline catalyst consisting of Ca(OH)2, MgO and Ca10(PO4)6F2 after calcination, of which the activity was higher than that of the untreated phosphate tailings. Under the conditions of the extreme low catalyst dosage (0.034%, based on the mass of raw materials), the reaction temperature of 170℃, the reaction time of 2 h and the molar ratio of 1, 2-propylene glycol to urea equaling to 4, the highest yield and selectivity of propylene carbonate were 81.8% and 95.6%, respectively. The activity of the catalyst decreased first and tended to be stable after being used for many times.
