摘    要:分布式电源发生故障时的零序电流极其微弱,不易被察觉,基于此,提出一种含分布式电源的配电网接地故障自动检测方法。利用S变换算法将配电网接地信号转换为复时频矩阵,提取其中信息量作为故障信号特征;计算配电网中每条线路的暂态信号真有效值,比较参考线路与其他线路间极性,找出故障线路;比较3条线路间的暂态能量比值是否大于1,如果大于1,说明线路出现了母线故障。经仿真实验验证,所提方法不受配电网中分布式电源的容量影响,可有效检测出隐藏的接地故障线路。

Abstract:Based on the fact that the zero sequence current of DG is very weak and difficult to be detected,an automatic detection method of ground fault in distribution network with DG is proposed.The S-transform algorithm is used to transform the grounding signal of distribution network into a complex time-frequency matrix,in which the information is extracted as the feature of fault signal.To calculate the true RMS of the transient signal of each line in the distribution network,compare the polarity between the reference line and other lines,and find out the fault line.To compare whether the transient energy ratio between the three lines is greater than 1.If it is greater than 1,it indicates that the line has a bus fault.The simulation results show that the proposed method is not affected by the capacity of distributed generation in distribution network,and can effectively detect hidden grounding fault lines.
