| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate laparoscopic appendix removed(appendectomy,LA) and its the surgical techniques,prevention of complications.Methods:Retrospectively analysed 208 laparoscopic clinical data of patients with appendicitis in three years.Results:208 cases in the laparoscopic surgery was finished successfully,the other 5 cases were appendix sigmoidectomy,21 cases revealed difficult,peri-appendix severe adhesion of9 cases,bleeding 7 cases,appendix root gangrene perforation 12 cases,disease of carbon deposi... |
