摘    要:BIM 技术与施工过程管理结合的难点之一就是如何将现场三维数据与 BIM 虚拟环境实时统一。通过结合现代测绘技术、无线传输技术和 BIM 技术,设计了一套应用于监测网架吊点、非吊点竖向形变,协助对网架提升过程中“异步现象”进行分析的三维动态监测系统。通过该系统在珠海航展馆钢网架提升实践中的应用,进一步分析了 BIM 技术在钢屋盖液压提升施工领域应用的前景和开发方向。

Abstract:Unifying 3D data with BIM virtual environment in real-time is a big challenge for the application of BIM in constructionprocess. By integrating modern surveying and mapping technology,wireless transmission technology, and BIM,we design a 3Ddynamic monitoring system to monitor the grid lifting point and non lifting vertical deformation,and assist in analyzing the"asynchronous phenomenon" during the process of grid lifting. This system has been applied in the steel grid lifting of a Zhuhaiair-show hall. We analyze the application and development of BIM in the hydraulic lifting construction of steel roof .
