摘    要:装配式混凝土建筑正在中国大力推广。和传统现浇施工相比,装配式施工的表现不仅取决于现场施工活动,还受到 装配式构件供应链的影响。因此,在制定施工计划时,需要将装配式构件的供应链模式和施工活动共同进行考量。然而,以 往关于装配式施工的研究中很少考虑供应链模式,这使得目前还缺乏能够同时为供应链模式和施工活动进行优化的决策方 法。为此,提出基于离散事件模拟和粒子群优化算法的模拟—优化方法,来优化装配式混凝土建筑施工中的供应链模式和施 工参数,以达到最优的施工表现,包括施工工期、成本和温室气体排放。将该方法应用于深圳的装配式混凝土建筑案例,应 用结果说明模拟—优化方法能够快速并有效地优化施工表现,为以后的相关研究提供了参考。

Abstract:Precast concrete(PC)buildings are now widely promoted in China. Compared to traditional cast-in-situ construction, construction performances of PC are not only affected by the on-site construction activities but also the supply chain of PC components. Therefore,supply chain modes of PC components should be considered along with construction activities at the construction planning stage. However,previous researches regarding PC construction seldom consider the supply chain modes. There still lacks a method that has the can optimize both supply chain modes and construction configurations. To fill the gaps,this study proposes a method integrating Discrete Event Simulation(DES)and Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)to optimize both supply chain modes and construction activities in PC buildings. Multiple objectives of construction performances can be improved through the proposed method,including construction duration,cost and greenhouse gas emissions. The proposed method is applied in a case project in Shenzhen,and the results of application indicates that the proposed DES-PSO method can quickly and efficiently improve the construction performance,which provides guidance for future studies.
