| 摘 要： | 运动图像及其伴音通用压缩编码标准MPEG－2（ISO／IEC 13818）是常规电视数字化，高清晰度电视以及交互式电视系统中的关键技术。MPEG－2标准定义分为系统、视频和音频3个部分。本文在分析MPEG－2标准定义的传送流，节目流的基础上，给出了将传送流转换成视频目标文件的原理和方法，此基础技术可以将DVB－s节目接收，记录为VOB文件，实现卫星数字电视节目的数字收录。

| Abstract: | Coding of moving pictures and associated audio MPEG-2(ISO/IEC 13818) is the key technology of the general television digitalisation,high-definition television and interactive television system.There are three parts for the MPEG-2 standard definition, system,video and audio.Based on the analysis of transport stream,program stream of MPEG-2 standard definition,this paper gives the principle and the plan for transforming the transport stream to VOB files.With the technology,the DVB-s program can be received and digitals recorded. |
