摘    要:本文用透射电子显微术分析了SiC/Al复合材料界面结构。结果表明:SiC/Al复合材料中存在界面反应区,反应区中有微孔,靠近纤维-基体的基体区有密集交错的位错线。

Abstract:The interfacial structure of SiC/Al composite has been analyzed by the use of transmission electron micrcscepe(TEM).The SiC/Al composite speciwens for TEM with high fidelity,may be obtained by ultramicrotomy.The results of the studies show that a reaction region with microvoids exists in SiG/Al composite and that there are dense dislocation tangles in the matrix zone adjacent to the interface.
