| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨学龄前单纯性肥胖儿童血清瘦素(Leptin)和胰岛素(Insulin)水平及其与儿童体质量指数(BMI)的相关性。 方法 选择2015年3-7月在本市3所幼儿园健康体检中发现的56例学龄前单纯性肥胖儿童为肥胖组,同时选取同年龄、同性别、身高相近的正常体重儿童56例为对照组。采用放射免疫法,检测2组儿童空腹血清中瘦素和胰岛素水平并进行对比分析。 结果 学龄前单纯性肥胖儿童血清中瘦素和胰岛素水平高于健康儿童,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),而2组男女童之间血清瘦素和胰岛素水平分别比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);肥胖组血清瘦素、胰岛素水平与BMI比较均呈正相关(P<0.05);大年龄组肥胖儿童血清瘦素和胰岛素水平高于小年龄组肥胖儿童(P<0.05)。 结论 学龄前单纯性肥胖儿童血清瘦素和胰岛素水平明显高于健康儿童,肥胖儿童存在瘦素抵抗和胰岛素抵抗现象,定期检测肥胖儿童血清瘦素和胰岛素水平,对于指导学龄前单纯性肥胖儿童实施早期干预有一定意义。

Analysis of serum Leptin and Insulin levels in simple obesity of the preschool children |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the levels of serum Leptin,Insulin and the correlation between them and the body mass index (BMI) in simple obesity of the preschool children. Methods We selected 56 cases of simple obesity of the preschool children in health physical examination as the obesity group,which were from three kindergarten of Yan'an from March to July 2015.At the same time,56 children with the same age,gender,similar height and normal body mass were selected as the control group.Then we determined and analysed serum Leptin and Insulin levels in two groups by radioimmunoassay. Results The level of serum Leptin and Insulin in the obesity group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.01).However,there were not significantly difference of the Leptin and Insulin levels in two groups when compared between male and female (P>0.05).There were positive correlation between serum Leptin,Insulin levels and BMI in the obesity group (P<0.05).Serum Leptin and Insulin levels were higher in the older age group than those in the younger age group of obese children (P<0.05). Conclusion The level of serum Leptin and Insulin in simple obesity of the preschool children are significantly higher than those in healthy children.The results show that simple obese children have a resistance of Leptin and Insulin.Periodically determined the level of serum Leptin and Insulin in simple obese children has certain significance in the guiding of early intervention in simple obesity of the preschool children. |
