Abstract:The combined pressure bearing capacity of the four lip seals by the slurry balanced shield machine main drive is generally less than 0.6 MPa, which can't meet the safety construction requirements of the equipment under the high water pressure condition of more than 0.6 MPa. In order to solve this problem, the main driving seal pneumatic automatic pressure maintaining system of slurry balance shield machine based on pressure difference control is designed. This system can increase the pressure bearing capacity of the existing lip seal to 0.8 MPa, and can automatically realize pressure and pressure relief without human participation, reducing the labor intensity of workers. The simulation analysis and experimental verification of the system show that the design of the system is reasonable, the control accuracy is high, and the system is safe and reliable, which can meet the sealing requirements of the main drive of the slurry shield machine under the condition of 0.8 MPa high water pressure.
