| Abstract: | Aiming at the outstanding problems of unscientific production process，low degree of intelligence，environmental pollution and other outstanding problems faced by coal mines with high outburst mines，start from the three aspects of intelligence，green，and management:①Use modern high-tech and a full set of mine automation equipment to build an integrated intelligent management and control platform realize the centralized control and unattended operation of the various production systems of the mining machine transportation and security，and achieve the purpose of comprehensive automation and intelligentization of mine production and operation.
②Using the development of mine smart procedures，mine water purification treatment，intelligent transformation of boiler rooms，comprehensive dust control，comprehensive noise reduction treatment，and gangue management to achieve the governance effect of mine greening，beautification，viewing，and economic benefits.③ Establish a standard and system system based on process management，manage people with systems，and realize the transfer of management concepts to execution.The management system had been applied in the No.8 Mine，Pingdingshan Tian′an Coal Mining Co.，Ltd.，the actual application showed that the system could not only achieved downsizing and improving efficiency，scientific and orderly management，reducing costs and energy expenditures，but also effectively reducing pollution emissions，achieving safety，environmental protection，and sustainable development of the mining economy had certain promotion and application value in the coal industry. |
