基于碳中和背景下节能示范园区智慧能源管理平台的设计与研究

摘    要:为了实现某节能示范园区的节能减排目标,设计了具有云端协同优化控制与节能减排数据可视化功能的智慧能源管理平台。该平台基于智能监控设备和云计算,对设备运行管理类子系统实行统一的能源管理与运行规划。通过模糊控制等优化算法优化运行工况,提高能源利用效率。经过实际验证,所设计的智慧能源管理平台可以降低园区整体能耗,实现综合节能率约8.6%。

Abstract:To achieve the energy-saving and emission-reduction goals of an energy-saving demonstration park,this research designed a smart energy management platform with cloud-based collaborative optimization control and energy-saving and emission-reduction data visualization functions.Based on intelligent monitoring equipment and cloud computing,the platform implements unified energy management and operation planning for equipment operation management subsystems.To optimize operating conditions through optimization algorithms such as fuzzy control to improve energy efficiency.After actual verification,the smart energy management platform designed in this paper can reduce the overall energy consumption of the park and achieve a comprehensive energy saving rate of about 8.6%.
