定向钻进技术在煤与瓦斯突出矿井中的试验研究

摘    要:定向钻进技术是一种高效的区域瓦斯治理措施,可大幅节约施工成本、缩短施工周期,地质条件及钻进层位对定向钻进效果有直接影响,因此对定向钻进技术适用性的现场试验研究决定了该技术能否在施工现场成功运用。以平煤股份十一矿己16-17-24070、己16-17-24090工作面为试验地点,采用2种不同型号的定向钻机,分别沿煤层走向、倾向在顶板施工梳状定向分支孔,在平顶山矿区开展以孔代巷现场工业性试验,积极探索适用于平顶山矿区的新的瓦斯治理模式。依据VLD-1 000型千米定向钻机前期沿煤层走向的钻进效果,分析钻进效果不甚理想的原因;后期采用ZYWL-6000DS型煤矿用双履带式全液压定向钻机,沿煤层倾向施工定向钻孔,取得了良好的钻进效果。以2种定向钻机的钻进效果为依据,平煤股份十一矿确定了施工定向钻孔的钻机类型及钻孔设计,初步形成了适用于平煤股份十一矿的新的瓦斯治理模式。

Abstract:Directional drilling technology is an effective regional gas control measure,which can greatly save construction cost and shorten construction period.The geological conditions and construction layer have a direct impact on the effect of directional drilling.Therefore,the field test research on the applicability of directional drilling technology determines whether the technology can be successfully applied in the construction site.In this paper,Pingdingshan No.11 Coal Mine took work-plane Ⅵ16-17-24070 and Ⅵ16-17-24090 as test sites,and tried to use two types of directional drilling rig to drill pectinate directional branch holes in the roof along the heading and tend of coal seam,respectively.Borehole instead of tunnel was conducted in Pingdingshan mining area for the first time and the new gas control mode suitable for Pingdingshan mining area was actively explored.According to the drilling effect of VLD-1000 directional drilling rig along the heading of coal seam in the former stage,the reasons for the unsatisfactory drilling effect were analyzed.In the later stage,ZYWL-6000DS dual-track hydraulic directional drilling rig for coal mine was used to construct directional drilling along the trend of coal seam,and good drilling effect was achieved.Based on the drilling effect of two directional drilling rigs,the type and drilling design of directional borehole were determined in Pingdingshan No.11 Coal Mine,and a new gas control mode suitable for Pingdingshan No.11 Coal Mine was preliminarily formed.
