| 摘 要： | 患者,男,73岁.左侧阴囊肿物1年余,溃疡1个月.左侧阴囊肿物组织病理符合基底细胞癌.予左侧阴囊肿物扩大切除术,术后恢复良好,随访7个月无复发及转移.

| Abstract: | A 73-year-old male presented with mass on the left scrotal for more than 1 year, with ulcer for 1 month. There was no previous history of other cutaneous disorder. Histopathology features consistent with basal cell carcinoma. Enlarged resection of the left scrotal tumor was performed, and the postoperative recovery was good. There was no recurrence and metastasis after 7-month follow-up. |
