基于SiC MOSFET的高速永磁同步电机驱动系统

摘    要:碳化硅(SiC)材料新一代宽禁带(WBG)功率器件具有阻断电压高、通态电阻低、开关损耗小、耐高温等优异的性能,在电机驱动系统中具有广泛的应用潜力。本文将SiC MOSFET应用于燃油泵高速永磁同步电机系统中,降低系统散热体积,提高功率密度。为提高电流环动态响应,通过优化电流采样时刻对电流环进行了改进,实验结果表明系统获得了良好的性能,并扩宽了电流环带宽。

Abstract:New generation of wide band-gap power semiconductors which use silicon carbide (SiC) material have excellent performance of high blocking voltage, low on resistance, low switching loss, and high temperature resistance, and so they have good application potential in motor drive system. This paper applies SiC MOSFET to the high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor system in fuel pump to reduce the heat dissipation volume and improve the power density. To improve the dynamic response of the current control, the current loop is improved by optimizing the current sampling time, and the experimental results show that the system can achieve good performance and widen the current loop bandwidth.
