| 摘 要： | 腹膜后脂肪肉瘤是一种罕见的后腹膜间隙内的间质来源肿瘤，典型恶性肿瘤的表现并且通常预后不良。由于该肿瘤较罕见并且解剖位置隐蔽，因此诊断比较困难，在治疗方法上也存在诸多挑战。对肿瘤进行彻底切除后其复发率依然较高，因此需要长时间不定期随访。同时，除外科手术切除外，还有放疗、化疗、免疫治疗以及综合治疗等方式。

| Abstract: | Retroperitoneal liposarcomas are rare mesenchymal tumors of the retroperitoneum that typically present with advanced disease，and often carry a poor prognosis.Because of their rarity and anatomic location,these malignant tumors can cause a diagnostic dilemma and present several therapeutic challenges.The patients require long-term and often indefinite follow-up because they have a high rate of recurrence after complete resection.Despite surgery,the treatment of retroperitoneal liposarcomas also includes radiotherapy,chemotherapy,immunotherapy and compositive treatment. |
