| 摘 要： | 环状RNA（circular RNA，circRNA）是一类非编码RNA，广泛分布于细胞中，其具有保守序列及特殊的反向剪接成环的结构特点，使其在细胞中稳定表达，同时具有组织特异性。随着转录组测序技术的发展，越来越多的circRNA被发现，同时circRNA的功能也逐渐被了解证实，使其得到更多的关注，尤其在肿瘤疾病中的研究越来越广泛。circRNA通过不同途径调节基因的表达，影响疾病发生发展，对造血与血液肿瘤的影响也逐渐被揭示。本文论述了circRNA的产生、结构特点与功能，以及其与造血及血液肿瘤的关系。

| Abstract: | Circular RNA(circRNA) is a kind of non-coding RNA，widely exists in the cells.It has the conservative sequence and structure of special back splicing,and is on a stable level in cells,at the same time with tissue-specificity.With the development of the RNA-seq,more and more the circRNA was found.The function of circRNA confirmed gradually,it get more attention,especially in the research of tumor disease.CircRNA regulate gene expression by different ways,to influence the development of disease.The effect in hematopoiesis and hematological malignancies is also gradually revealed.This article discusses the formation,structure and function of circRNA,and its relationship with hematopoiesis and hematological malignancies. |
