摘    要:建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定电池用磷酸铁中磷含量的分析方法。试样经盐酸在低温条件下溶解,选择P 177.499 nm作为仪器分析谱线,铁基体效应的影响经直接稀释和两点背景校正法后得以消除。结果表明,在磷质量浓度为0~50μg/mL时,标准曲线线性相关系数大于0.999,方法检出限为0.02%。将该方法应用于电池用磷酸铁样品中磷含量的测定,其相对标准偏差小于0.50%,测定结果与HG/T 4701-2014《电池用磷酸铁》测定值基本一致。

Abstract:An analytical method was proposed for the determination of phosphorous content in iron phosphate for battery ma-terials using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).The sample was dissolved with hydrochlo-ric acid at low temperature and P 177.499 nm was selected as the analyzing spectrum line.The matrix effect of iron was elimi-nated by direct dilution and two-point background correction method.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of calibration graph in the range of 0~50 μg/mL of phosphorous mass concentration was over 0.999.The detection limit of this method was 0.02%.The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of phosphorus in iron phosphate sam-ples and the determined relative standard deviation(RSD) was less than 0.50%.The analytical results were consistent with those obtained by industrial standard method HG/T 4701—2014,Quinoline Phosphomolybdate Gravimetric Method.
