摘    要:废槽衬是铝电解过程中产生的危险废弃物,对生态环境危害极大。如何经济、安全、环保地实现废槽衬的无害化处置及资源化利用已成为铝行业关注的热点。阐述了废槽衬的主要来源、组成及对环境的影响,并对废槽衬的处理方法做了综述,重点介绍了已经产业化的处置技术,并对其未来的发展趋势进行了分析,旨在为中国废槽衬的处理提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:Spent pot lining(SPL) is a hazardous waste produced in the process of aluminum electrolysis,which threaten the ecological environment badly.How to realize the harmless disposal and resource utilization of SPL economically,safely and environmentally has become a hot topic in aluminum industry.The main source,composition and impact on the environment of SPL was reviewed.The treatment Methods of SPL were summarized.The industrial treatment technologies were mainly intro-duced and their future development trend were also analyzed.It provided reference for the treatment of SPL in China.
