弱胶结富水顶板留巷围岩变形特征与控制技术

摘    要:为解决弱胶结富水顶板双巷布置工作面留巷支护难题,以色连二矿12309辅助运输巷为工程背景,开展了弱胶结富水顶板锚杆及锚索锚固性能试验,提出了以提高锚索锚固力为基础的分步支护与加固技术。通过巷道变形观测,分析了留巷围岩的变形特征。结果表明,留巷受本工作面采动影响主要为滞后影响,其中围岩变形剧烈影响区为工作面采后 0~300 m 区段,当留巷受下一个工作面采动影响时,其影响范围及影响程度较上一个工作面大幅降低,说明以提高锚索锚固力为基础的分步支护与加固技术是比较适合弱胶结富水顶板留巷的支护方式。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of retaining roadway in the double roadway arrangement of weak cemented water rich roof,taking 12309 auxiliary haulage roadway of Selian No.2 Mine as the engineering background,the performance test of weak cemented water-rich roof bolt and anchor cable anchorage was carried out,and the step-by-step support and reinforcement technology based on the improvement of anchor cable anchorage force was proposed.Through the deformation observation of the roadway,the deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock of the retaining roadway was analyzed.The results show that the influence of the mining in this working face on the retaining roadway is mainly the lag effect,and the area of the severe influence of the surrounding rock deformation is the 0~300 m section after the mining in the working face,when the retaining roadway is affected by the mining in the next working face,its influence range and degree are greatly reduced compared with that in the previous working face,which means to the step-by-step support and reinforcement technology based on the improvement of anchoring force of anchor cable is more suitable for retaining roadway with weak cemented water-rich roof.
