| 摘 要： | 目的 调查类风湿关节炎患者出院准备度现状及影响因素，为完善类风湿关节炎患者出院准备服务、制定针对性的干预策略提供科学依据。 方法 使用一般资料问卷、出院准备度量表、出院指导质量量表、社会支持评定量表、医学应对问卷对245例类风湿关节炎患者进行调查。 结果 类风湿关节炎患者出院准备度总得分为（93.31±14.11），均分（7.78±1.18），处于中等水平。多重线性逐步回归分析显示:指导技巧及效果、实际获得内容、屈服应对方式、出院后就医取药是否方便、合并症种类、现住地、客观支持、有无疼痛是类风湿关节炎患者出院准备度的主要影响因素（P < 0.05）。 结论 类风湿关节炎患者出院准备度处于中等水平并受到多种因素的影响，临床工作人员应重视各类影响因素对类风湿关节炎患者的影响，根据具体情况开展针对性的干预，以改善类风湿关节炎患者出院后临床结局。

Status of the Readiness for Hospital Discharge and Its Influencing Factors in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of discharge readiness in patients with rheumatoid arthritis, and to provide scientific basis for improving discharge readiness services for patients with rheumatoid arthritis and developing targeted intervention measures. Methods A total of 245 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were investigated by general data questionnaire, Readiness for Hospital Discharge Scale, Quality of Discharge Teaching Scale, Social Support Rating Scale and Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire. Results The total score of discharge readiness of rheumatoid arthritis patients was （93.31±14.11） and the average score was （7.78±1.18） , which were in the middle level. Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that guiding skills and effect, actual acquisition content, submission coping style, convenience of taking medicine after discharge, type of complications, current residence, objective support and pain were the main influencing factors for the discharge readiness of patients with rheumatoid arthritis （P < 0.05） . Conclusions The discharge readiness of rheumatoid arthritis patients is at a moderate level and is affected by a variety of factors. Nurses should pay attention to the influence of various factors on patients with rheumatoid arthritis and carry out targeted intervention according to the specific situation to improve the clinical outcome of patients with rheumatoid arthritis after discharge. |
