改性TiO2电极光电催化降解甲基橙

摘    要:采用热分解法制备了掺杂Sn、Ru的改性TiO2光电极,研究了不同催化方式、溶液pH和外加偏压条件下改性TiO2光电极对甲基橙降解效果的影响。实验结果表明,当溶液pH为1.0、外加偏压0.7 V、反应时间120 min时,甲基橙降解率可达到92.5%。结合XRD、SEM和电化学阻抗等分析手段对TiO2光电极表面形貌及其催化机理进行了探讨。

Abstract:The Sn-Ru-doped TiO2 photoelectrode was prepared by thermal decomposition method.The effects of different catalytic process,solution pH and external bias potential on the degradation of methyl orange using the doped TiO2 photoelectrode were studied.The experimental results show that when the solution pH is 1.0,the external bias potential is 0.7 V and the reaction time is 120 min,the degradation rate of methyl orange can reach 92.5%.The surface topography of the TiO2 photoelectrode was characterized by XRD,SEM and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,and the catalytic mechanism was discussed.
