| 摘 要： | 子痫前期-子痫是常见的产科危重症，是上百年来产科医生孜孜不倦研究和钻研的临床热点、难点。人们一直在探讨子痫前期-子痫的病因、病理、预防、干预及治疗手段，但是目前仍然没有参透它发生的原因，也难以找到有效的预防及治疗方法。虽然迷雾重重，研究的过程艰辛而坎坷，但我们也在逐步深入认识它，也许不久的将来能够透彻地理解这个疾病，更好地保障母胎平安。

| Abstract: | Preeclampsia-eclampsia is a common obstetric critical disease and obstetricians have studied it assiduously for hundreds of years. We have attempted to explore the etiology, pathology, prevention, intervention, and treatment of preeclampsia-eclampsia, but we still have not arrived at a thorough understanding of its causes, and it is difficult to find effective prevention and treatment methods. Although the research process has been fraught with difficulties and frustrations, we are nonetheless gradually gaining a better understanding of the disease. Perhaps, in the near future, we will be able to acquire a full understanding of the disease and find better ways to ensure the health and safety of mothers and fetuses. |
