预应力混凝土管桩及其在500 kV余姚变电所工程的应用

摘    要:预应力混凝土管桩是一种具有良好工艺性能、适应性强、承载力高、施工工期短等优点的新型桩型, 在实际使用上完全可以替代普通混凝土预制桩和灌注桩。预应力混凝土管桩在实际应用中必须有可靠的试桩数据作为设计依据, 以确保工程的安全性。预应力混凝土管桩的单桩设计承载力, 应适当考虑桩身摩阻力的折减和桩端端阻力的影响。开口桩进入硬土层时应考虑闭塞效应。

Abstract:Prestressed concrete pile is a new type of pile that has many advantages,such as good process performance,strong adaptability,high load bearing capability and short construction period.It can replace prefabricated concrete pile and cast-in-place pile.Reliable test data of the prestressed concrete pile must be used as design basis during practical applications to ensure construction safety.The designed load bearing capability of single prestressed concrete pile should consider the influence of pile side friction reduction and pile end resistance.Blocking effect should be considered when open-ended pile is penetrated into hard soil layer.
