| Abstract: | With the sustained and steady development of economy and the acceleration of urbanizationin China, the construction industry has also ushered in new development opportunities. In the construc?tion process of large-scale engineering projects, due to the uncertain factors and fierce competition inthe future, it inevitably brings all kinds of risks and the complexity of the construction of engineeringprojects. Individualization and long production cycle also increase the uncertainty of project construc?tion. Therefore, the construction risk management of engineering project has become the key factor toimprove the success rate of project construction, and has been paid more and more attention in thewhole development system. As one of the engineering project management, risk management is the big?gest economic effect for construction enterprises. One of the important factors of benefit and social bene?fit. This determines that while the construction enterprises do a good job of investment control, progresscontrol, safety production, quality control and civilized construction, they should construct the risk man?agement mechanism of the construction project and strengthen the early warning of the construction riskof the construction project. |
