| 摘 要： | 农村剩余劳动力的顺利转移既有利于破除城乡二元经济结构，还有利于缓解农村居民收入偏低的现状。基于国家统计局2013-2017 年农民工监测调查报告数据，从供求角度对农村剩余劳动力进行分析。结果表明:农村剩余劳动力缺乏职业技能、民工的城市归属感低、随迁儿童上学难、进城农民工对生活状况的满意度低等问题在一定程度上制约了农村剩余劳动力的转移。最后，分别从提高农村剩余劳动力自身就业技能、提高农业部门内部消化能力与非农部门吸纳能力、完善社会化服务体系、消除户口壁垒等方面提出对策建议。

| Abstract: | The smooth transfer of rural surplus labor is not only beneficial to breaking the urban-ruraldual economic structure, but also to alleviate the current situation of low income of rural residents. Basedon the data from the National Bureau of Statistics' 2013-2017 migrant workers monitoring survey report,the rural surplus labor force is analyzed from the perspective of supply and demand. The results showthat the lack of vocational skills in rural surplus labor, the low sense of belonging of migrant workers, thedifficulty of attending school for children, and the low satisfaction of migrant workers in the city have re?stricted the transfer of rural surplus labor to some extent. Finally, it proposes countermeasures from theaspects of improving the employment skills of the rural surplus labor force, improving the internal diges?tion capacity of the agricultural sector and the non-agricultural sector, improving the socialized servicesystem, and eliminating the barriers to the household registration. |
