Design and Development of Social Governance Cloud Platform Based on Block Data

In order to solve the common problems faced by grass-roots social governance,we used GIS technology to achieve association and fu-sion of spatial information and social governance data resources and built a clear social governance database according to management levels.Taking the Nanshan District in Shenzhen City for example,we designed and developed a social governance cloud platform based on block data,and established functional modules such as task allocation,event allocation,command and dispatching,assessment and evaluation.The informa-tion construction will help with improving social governance digitization and intelligence capabilities.
