摘    要:城市应急联动系统是城市应急体系建设的重要基础。以青岛应急联动系统为例,论述了目前城市应急联动系统中主要业务模式及流程,分析了青岛市应急联动系统的模块架构,阐述了地理信息系统中的空间分析功能与决策支持功能在城市应急联动系统设计开发中的应用。

Abstract:Urban Emergency Response System is an important foundation of city building. In this paper, Qingdao Emergency Response System is taken as example, the main business model and flow in current town Emergency Response System is accounted for. It analyses Qingdao Emergency Response System's module architecture and elaborates the applications of spatial analysis functions and decision support functions of the Geographic Information System in the city Emergency Response System design and development.
