摘    要:随着卫星技术的不断成熟,启发探索一种利用高分辨率卫星遥感图像来完成地籍图库的更新方法。首先基于ArcGIS生成DEM的RS影像校正,然后基于Erdas融合模块二次开发进行图像融合,最后进行增强处理,在此基础上完成影像的街坊分幅,用已知待更新地籍图与处理完成的影像叠加,判读差异后,采用内业修正与外业补测结合的方法完成地籍图库的更新。实践证明,该方法具有很好的可靠性和实用性。

Abstract:With the satellite technology continuing to mature, thus inspired to complete the cadastral update method by means of a high-resolution satellite remote sensing images. First generated the DEM based on ArcGIS to fulfil RS image correction, and integration of modules based on the Erdas secondary development for image fusion, in the enhanced process, on this basis to complete the image of the neighborhood framing, to overlay with the cadastral map and complete processing of the image, after interpretation differences, made the amendment within the industry and outside industry. Practice has proved that the method has good reliability and practicability.
