摘    要:对65 m射电望远镜的背架安装做了尝试,取得较满意的结果.针对天线背架尺寸大、质量重、焊接变形大、几何精度要求高等特性,采用全站仪工业测量系统实现背架的快速、无接触、高精度定位测量,点位测量精度优于1 mm;采用独特的施工工艺和焊接技术,最大限度控制焊接变形,最终点位偏差优于1.5 cm.提出基于设计坐标系建立安装测量...

Abstract:An experiment on precision setting measurement of the 65 meter radio telescope back structure is conducted and the result is satisfactory.Aiming at the large size,weight,welding deformation and high geometric precision of back structure,using the total station industrial measurement system,the measurement is rapid,non-contact and high precision,and the point deviation reached 1.0 mm.Using unique construction technology and welding technology to control the welding deformation,the final point deviation is better than 1.5 cm.Control network is established based on design coordinate system to guide back structure installation;the total station instrument additive constant are determined by the TIMS(Theodolite Industrial Measuring System).It is a useful and effective method to detect large antenna back structures due to the actual results.
