面向地籍业务流程的OA办公系统的构建

地籍调查是地政管理重要工作环节，根据地籍调查业务流程，建立OA办公系统，系统地管理和组织各种地籍调查数据，控制地籍工作任务的整个处理过程，引导任务的参与者按照已定义的规则来协同完成整个工作业务，对于系统地组织地籍调查工作具有重要的现实意义。本文从工作实际出发，理清地籍调查的业务流程，进行系统分析，在此基础上设计OA系统功能模块，搭建系统构架。最终，希望通过面向地籍业务流程的地籍OA系统的建设，推动地籍调查工作进入业务流程化、办公自动化、管理信息化的阶段。
