| Abstract: | The chronological variation features of air temperature and precipitation of Hebei Province are discussed, and the influences of air temperature and precipitation on water resources and desertization are analyzed in the province. Finally, the measures and proposals to utilize water resources reasonably and prevent the land from desertization are raised. |
