冲击钻凿岩石可钻性试验研究

摘    要:冲击钻凿岩石可钻性的试验研究在坑探以及其它采掘工程中都有重要意义.本课题选择了点载荷、回弹仪和捣碎法等三种试验方法,进行了两次现场与实验室试验.在辽宁、江西、河南、陕西、安徽等省,共10个矿区的23种岩石中取得大量与凿岩机钻速V、回弹值RN、点荷强度I_s(50)以及捣碎法普氏系数f_T、岩石强度系数CRS等指标有关的原始试验数据.运用了概率统计、灰色系统理论以及模糊数学等分析方法,并借助微机进行了数据处理与回归分析.对于RN、I_s(50)、f_T、CRS等指标与钻速V的相关性进行了评价,结果表明:在显著性水平α=0.01下,点荷强度I_s(50)与钻速V的线性相关显著.在显著性水平α=0.05下,仅有改装后的回弹仪HT100R4.5和NT225R6的回弹值R_1和RN_2与钻速V的线性相关通过检验,而RN_1优于RN_2.捣碎法普氏系数f_T、岩石强度系数并不是在所有岩石中都与钻速V有相关关系.因此,提出予估风动凿岩机、直径40mm一字形钎头钻速V-的方程:V-=61.68-3.97I_s(50)]K_p·K_N(cm/min)式中:I_s(50)-岩石点荷强度(MPa);K_p—风压校正系数;K_N—凿岩机输出功率校正系数以点荷强度I_s(50)和凿岩机输出功率N为变量绘成予估钻速的诺模图.以点荷强度I_s(50)为分级指标将岩石可钻性分为七级.虽然,用回弹仪予估钻速的精度低于点荷仪,?


EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON ROCK DRILLABILITY FOR PERCUSSIVE DRILLING
Abstract:Experimental study on rock drillabili ty for psrcussive drilling has important significance in Exploration Tunneling Eng. and in other Mining and Excavating Engineerings. Three testing methods-point load test, rebound test and pounding test were chosen by us to engage in two groups of experiments in the field and laborato-y. Twenty-three rock types from ten ore-fields(five provinces. Liao-ning, Jiangxi., Henan, Shanxi and Anhui) were tested. A great lot of original testing data involved in Drilling Rate of rock drill V, Rebound Number RN, Point Load Strength Index IS(50), Protodyakonoy Index by the Pounding Method fT and cosfficient of Rock Strength CRS were obtained. Data processing and regression analysis were undertaken by microcomputers, using such analysis mat hods as Probability and Statistics, Grey System Theory and Fuzzy Mathmatics. Correlation trends between the above rock indices (RN, Is(50), fT> CRS) and Drilling Rate V are discussed, The results show. Linear correlation is shown to exist between Point Load Strength Index Is(50) and Drilling Rate V at significance level a=0.01
