摘    要:日本海打开前奏及打开以来,拉张作用强度与其西北岸的中国东北地区的拉张强度不是同步的,而是互为消长的,体现在岩浆活动和沉积作用及应力特征三方面,这种互为消长现象可分为五个阶段,其成因可能是日本海强烈扩张时软流圈物质推挤中国东北地区,使后者拉张作用遭遏止。

Abstract:The Japan Sea area and the northeast China have been alternating in intensity of extension during Cenozoic. Evolution of both areas can be divided into five stages. In each stage,greater the rate of the sea area, s spreading (or extension) the less the colcanicity and sedimentation of the eastern part in northeast China. This interesting tectonic circumstance is probably resulted from the more rapid spreading of the sea area which restains the extension of its bilateral blocks including the northeast China.
