摘    要:流域生态健康评价是流域管理、水资源开发利用、生态保护的重要决策依据,也是促进流域社会经济可持续发展的重要措施。在确定石羊河流域生态健康评价指标体系和等级标准的基础上,采用组合赋权法确定评价指标的权重,建立了改进集对模型评价方法。定量评价结果表明,石羊河流域上游、中游、下游生态健康分别为基本健康、亚健康、病态等状态。

Abstract:Watershed ecosystem health assessment is associated with ecosystem health. As a new concept, watershed ecosystem healthassessment is an important decision-making basis of ecological protection, watershed management and water resources development andutilization. Meanwhile, it is an important measure. In this study, we established the ecosystem health assessment indices and correspondingthreshold for the Shiyanghe River Basin, and decided the weight of assessment indices by combination weight algorithm, then generatedmodified evaluation approach by set pair analysis. The quantitative assessment results show that the ecosystem health statuses over theupper, middle and lower reaches of the Shiyanghe River are respectively healthy, sub-healthy and unhealthy.
