关于水资源量与质相结合评价若干问题的探讨

以山西省为例，阐述了我国水文水资源工作中水量、水质监测及其评价工作的现状。指出虽然我国的水量监测与评价工作具有良好的理论基础和丰富的实践经验，但在水质监测与评价中还有很大不足，在水质采样频次、评价方法等方面存在着许多值得探讨的问题。同时对水质采样频次、污染物输移量的计算方法、水质与水量相结合的水质评价方法及可利用水量的分析方法等提出了一些看法。

Probe into the Water Resources Assessment in Conjunction with Water Quantity and Water Quality

In the paper,Shanxi Province was taken for a case,the current situation of water quantity and water quality monitoring,water quantity and water quality assessment in China is described.It considered that the water quantity monitoring and the water quantity assessment were high effective and very experienced,but there are some deficiencies worth to be discussed,such as sampling frequency in water quality monitoring and water quality assessment.At last,some suggestion are put forward,such as sampling frequency in water quality monitoring,estimation of pollutants discharge,the available water quantity with different water quality,and the method of water quality assessment in conjunction with water quantity and water quality was also pointed out.
