摘    要:利用常压微波萃取技术提取土壤样品,经佛罗里硅土柱净化后用气相色谱检测(电子捕获检测器)其中13种有机氯农药。试验了丙酮/正己烷混合溶液的提取条件,考察了提取时间、提取温度和提取功率对提取效率的影响,并与索氏提取及超声波提取进行比较。在优化的萃取条件下,常压微波萃取20min重复测定的平均回收率为84.26%-105.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=5)为0.52%-18.6%。方法的检出限为0.033—0.853ng/g。

Abstract:13 kinds of organochlorine pesticides in soils were determined by gas chromatography after extraction by an ordinary pressure microwave-assisted extraction(MAE) system.Comparing MAE with soxhlet extraction(SE) and ultrasonic-wave extraction(UE),the results showed that the efficiency of MAE is much better than SE but equivalent to UE.The experiment also showed that some factors,such as extraction solvents,extraction power,time and temperature,influenced the extraction efficiency.The detection limits of this method for different substances were 0.033~0.853 ng/g.The accuracy of the proposed method was tested by recovery measurements on spiked samples.Recoveries for different pollutants were 84.26%~105.2% with precision of 0.52%~(18.6%)RSD(n=5).
