摘    要:针对海洋能发电装置的研究现状和未来发展,预计并网型海洋能发电装置会成为重要发展方向,主要是在用户侧并网。发电装置与本地负载会产生孤岛效应,对电网和发电装置的安全性和稳定性产生严重影响。因此,并网前对海洋能发电装置进行防孤岛能力的检测成为必然环节。文中设计了一种适用于并网型海洋能发电装置的防孤岛检测系统,介绍了系统的功能与结构,参考分布式发电装置接入电网的相关标准,探讨了适合并网型海洋能发电装置的防孤岛检测方法,为检测工作的开展打下基础。

Abstract:In view of the research status and future development of ocean energy power generation devices, it is predicted that grid connected ocean power devices will become an important development trend, especially connecting to the grid on the user side. Power generation devices and local loads will generate the islanding effect, posing a serious impact on the security and stability of both the grid and devices. Therefore, before connecting to the grid, detecting the anti-islanding capability has become an inevitable link for ocean energy power generation devices. This paper presents a design of anti-islanding detection system for grid connected ocean power generation devices, and introduces the function and structure of the system. According to the standards relevant to distributed generation devices connected to the grid, this paper discusses the anti-islanding detection method for grid connected ocean energy power generation devices, laying a solid foundation for the detection work.
