| 摘 要： | 开展养殖用海基准价格评估，有利于推动海域资源市场化配置，形成良性的养殖用海交易市场。本研究介绍了市场比较法的原理及适用范围，并基于养殖用海的特点，以深圳市开放式养殖用海为评估对象，运用市场比较法测算其海域基准价值，并分析各评估方法在养殖用海评估中的适用性和局限性。

| Abstract: | Conducting the reference price assessment of marine aquaculture has good impact on market-oriented allocation for marine resources and the formation of a benign trading market of marine aquaculture. The research introduces the principle of market comparison method and its range of application. Moreover, based on the characteristics of the marine aquaculture, this study takes the open marine aquaculture in Shenzhen as main evaluation object. It also uses market comparison method to estimate its reference price and analyzes the applications and limitations of various evaluation methods in term of marine aquaculture. |
