Design And Application For Guangxi Meteorology Video-Television Consultation And Conference System

This paper introduces the design,function and application for Guangxi meteorology long-distance video-television consultation and conference system.This system uses the advanced dynamic video coding and decoding technology and has realized a new pattern of face-to-face exchange between the different geographical position and various city-level meteorological bureau and the province meteorological bureau through the Guangxi meteorology department newly built SDH digital circuit broad-band network platform.The system mainly applies in the weather consultation,the administrative conference and teaching and training,and displays the obvious social and economic efficiency in the practical application.
